Clay Reedy, ARNP is easily the best Nurse Practitioner I have ever worked with. He is "old school" from when Nurse Travellers had to be the best of the best to be accepted. He worked in some of the most challenging environments imaginable including as an ICU nurse at Johns Hopkins. He also worked in Hawaii when everyone wanted to go there, but only the best were accepted. For sheer medical knowledge I have never met another Nurse Practitioner that comes close. And for clinical knowledge his extensive experience in the ICU places him at the top. But none of these really defines who he is. Clay is one of the warmest, friendliest, most empathetic people I have ever worked with and not just in the healthcare industry. He is a joy to work with. He is not just hard working always available to help out when someone is overwhelmed, but friendly and caring. What can I say about Dr. Lyter, save that his unprofessionalism in the face of mental health crises can easily lead to patient death and that he is clearly ill-equipped to work with trans populations particularly transfeminine populations. Trans folks, stay clear.

Love this group! My son is transgender; so, going to a healthcare facility knowing ahead of time that the doctors and staff are either LGBTQ+ or allies provides him and I with peace of mind that you can't get from other healthcare facilities. The healthcare we have received is high-quality. We appreciate all that you do!

I am quite literally sitting in the parking lot of Dr. Lyter’s office as I type this review! I was referred to this office by another provider to establish primary care, and I am so incredibly grateful for his recommendation. For the first time in years, I felt LISTENED to. Dr. Lyter and his staff are so compassionate and genuine, and everyone is so thorough. This place is truly a blessing. Dr. Lyter is absolutely phenomenal! I see him for Primary Care. He listens to your concerns, knowledgeable and will order the tests you need to get to the bottom of your issues. I had such an exceptional experience, this office is truly a hidden gem. Plus, on site bloodwork is so convenient.

Dr. Lyter had plenty of experience in his field and thankfully is up to date in how his practice is functioning. He always provides a thorough examination. I love the fact that they take your blood pressure without a machine like the good old fashioned way! Plus, the staff there is always so sweet. Thanks for being so awesome!

I followed Dr. Lyter to his own practice when he left Metro. He has a wonderful and personable demeanor who truly wants what is best for his patients. The staff is also exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Lyter to anyone, especially the LGBT community.

Very happy that I found Dr Lyter and Diversity Health Center. Very thorough and comprehensive exam and discussion during my initial visit. Unlike most medical practices today, the appointment was not rushed and I felt that Dr Lyter wanted to understand my background and medical issues. Not just rush me out.
