They are very strict on enforcing COVID restrictions with temperature checks at the door, hand sanitizer and mask requirements as soon as you arrive, customers are spaced out on the schedules to meet the gathering requirements per square inch and every seat gets sanitized before the next client. Sheila and Keisha are great stylists who know how to address women with natural hair. They are also great at recommending products for texturized and relaxed hair. I highly recommend them.

Came to Charleston from Jamaica for a meeting and had a caucastic hair faux pas that messed up my locks. Found easily from a simple Google search, I called out of the blue, anxious about the situation of my starter locks, disheveled and strapped for time before my conference. Shaniqua, did nothing short of save my life. Even fully booked she was willingly to accommodate me. I'm talking about courteous and effective communication, helpful, friendly. And not to mention in Jamaican terms 'di gyal skill yuh fret'. {she was surprisingly talented, gentle with speedy and neat workmanship.} I was happy. Meanwhile from across the room her mother Sheila working on another client was being reverred by Aunt Jan. Who just came to accompany me, but was just in awe. She ended up with an express glow up, she could hardly believe. Their knowledgeable and intuitive customer service will see to this establishment's continued success. Fair Pricing.
