My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Joy at Divine Events for our wedding, and we cannot say enough good things about her. She MADE IT HAPPEN!!! We could not have had our magical wedding day at Red August Farm without her. From the moment Joy stepped in during the planning process, she made sure everything was on schedule and exactly how we wanted it. She provided us with multiple layouts for the venue to ensure that our wedding vision would come to life. The rehearsal was a breeze with her guiding our entire wedding party down the aisle. We had a rowdy bunch, and Joy kept us all present and punctual. On wedding day, Joy made sure that all vendors had arrived and continuously checked in with my husband and me throughout the day/night. Everything was absolutely perfect, we could not have dreamed of a better day. My husband and I have no intentions of planning another wedding, but if we did, we would 1000% hire Joy again. She was a miracle worker!!! Joy, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything!
I had family in Virginia and wanted to plan a wedding in the Shenandoah from across the country. As you can imagine that gave us a great deal of anxiety. Joy from Divine Events quickly dispelled any worry we had from the first phone call we had with her. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind while doing so. With her expertise she managed Day-of-Coordinator services for us. She also helped with our floral arrangements for the entire wedding. Arranged rental centerpieces, and other easels we needed for signs as well. Joy also knocked it out of the park making sure the venue had the table arrangements mapped out, Helped with songs with the DJ and the caterers too. We can't recommend Joy from Divine Event's enough. If you're planning a wedding in the areas they service, Joy will make sure you're in good hands.
Joy and Sheila did great work in helping for rental items and coordinating for my wedding. Thank you for your guidance and support leading up to and on my wedding day.
I would be ungrateful indeed if I didn't post a HUGE "thank you" for all they did for me at my husband's Celebration of Life. Everything was beautiful and they picked up the slack to pitch in and make this very large service a great memory. All went smoothly. Thank you!
Sheila was a dream! An honest to god lifesaver. We ended up needing tablecloths for a wedding the day of a last minute nightmare. Sheila answered our call before 9am on a Saturday and within three minutes had an order placed for us for that evening. She hand pressed the linens and delivered them herself within three hours, and came to get them at the end of the event. She could not have been more perfect and so wonderful to work with! Thank you for saving the day Sheila!!!
Divine Events is amazing!! I didnt have to worry at all on my wedding day. From decor to coordinating, Sheila and her team covered it all! Highly recommend over and over!
This dynamic duo are a MUST for any event. They bring a level of professionalism and experience that take your event to the next level.
