I submitted a work order for a rifle on July, 2020. sent them a deposit and after repeated phone calls and emails a year later to check and see what the status was on the build, cannot get a hold of no one, and nobody there has attempted to reach me and let me know what's going on. It will be 2 years this July,,,, you kidding me! They took my deposit rather quickly though......

They never answer the phone. When you finally get a hold of someone you always get the "we will call you right back with that information and you never hear back from them. They have had my rifle for 1.5 years!!!!! Still not ready to be SBR'd because of document screw ups. They sent the wrong documents, they sent incomplete docs, they LOST MY CHECK..... IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE dealing with Dixie precision. Stay far away for your weapon modification needs.
I ordered .338 bullets on a Sunday with the FedEx 2-day shipping option. I paid the crazy-expensive shipping charge because I needed the projectiles for a hunting trip on Wednesday. As of that Tuesday they hadn't shipped the bullets. I sent them an email asking to cancel the order due to the delay. Wednesday I got a shipping notice saying that they were being shipped via USPS that day. I finally got an email response from Shelly Britt apologizing that they sent it via the wrong method and that they would refund me shipping which wasn't a complete fix of the situation. To this date, no refund has been received and no contact has been answered. I'm very unhappy with the customer service.
Claimed they remained open till 5:00 no one will answer the phone. After searching for 30 minutes in the wrong place due to conflicting address on google calling the entire time. Finally found the store and 10 minutes before 5 and the window says open till 5:30 which is also incorrect.
Very unprofessional. They took my gun for repair and I couldn’t get in contact with them for two weeks, phone calls went to voicemail and no one was at the shop.
Doesn't answer phone. No way to see when they're open. Like they just dgaf
