Wings and sauce are good, but the brisket and the sausage were a little bit dry. I will come back to try the ribs and let you know everything about it. The service was pretty good.
Barbecue is great! Sides… not so much. Mac and cheese is sub par. Greens are OK. I was going to give 5 because of BBQ, but I couldn’t do it after indigestion later in the evening. Good goin down, but rough later. Be warned!
Delicious food, try the brisket grilled cheese it is my favorite! The best part about Dixie Q is the staff they are so welcoming, they really make me and my family feel like family whenever we eat at the restaurant. Highly recommend it if you have kids!Food: 5/5
A tasty BBQ lunch on the outdoor patio. The brussel sprouts and salted fries were delicious sides. We enjoyed the BBQ, but found the chopped brisket to be a little fatty. There are plenty of TV's for watching sports, both inside and out.Food: 4/5
This was our first time here and found it by accident. We could smell the smoke while driving by. The service was friendly and the inside cool. I had the best "brisket cheese steak" ever! The sandwich was huge and came with a side for $14. The fries were good too; with their spicy seasoning. My wife had the pull pork sandwich and Brussel sprouts. She thought the Brussel sprouts were great but the sandwich was just ok. She did love her margarita. We will definitely be back!
Our first visit, we will be back! Great food. fast, friendly service! Weather was perfect so we sat outside on the deck. Very clean. The food is fresh, they smoke all their meat daily and they use locally sourced produce. They have a full bar. We shared the OG Salmon Chips - house smoked salmon, chipotle cream cheese, red onion & capers on house made potato chips piucured they are a little pricey at $16 for 5 servings but are piled high with fresh salmon so we weren't disappointed. We also had a Garden Chopped Bowl - thick cut house bacon, hard boiled egg, corn, red onion, tomato, avocado, bleu cheese and added Pulled Pork pictured. Very good, highly recommend!
Our server Bobby was very nice! Actually, everyone who worked there was nice. The spicy fries weren't as spicy as I thought they were going to be. My brothers ordered the Dixie burger and said it was really good. I know it's a BBQ place but I would love it if there were more vegan options. The place is super cute and not crowded when we went so it was great.
Great staff and menu. The food here is slap yo momma good. The ribs and collard greens are what I would recommend 10/10. When I die bury me in DixieQ.Food: 5/5
We went on a Friday night and were seated outside right away. There were a lot of kids, but they left by 8:00. It's a cute establishment with outdoor seating. We liked the brisket plate, pork sandwich, meat combo with pork and wings. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The baked mac was really good, the Brussels sprouts were amazing, and the fries were pretty good. The brisket was just okay. Would not recommend the bread pudding--nothing special. For the area, it's pretty good BBQ, but for Atlanta, it's not the best. We'll be back though because it's convenient and has good food.
What a cute little place! Nice outdoor area with roll-up doors to bring the outside in. The food was great. We had the pulled pork sandwich and the plate. The appetizer of pork skins had a nice spicy flavor and the beignets for dessert were quite a treat! Not going to lie, the beer and alcohol was pricey, but overall the experience was very good.
