Firstly I just want to welcome you to the Dixieland Divas family, Thank you for joining us on Facebook!
Most of our items are handmade, created/designed by the customer. We aim to please our customer base, if you have an issue please feel free to message us, that’s what were here for.
When ordering from Dixieland Divas, please be specific in what you want, do not give options you will not be happy with. Almost all the time, we will send you photos of the outfit as we are working on them. We try to give you the exact color, fabric, flower, or any other material used, but sometimes it’s difficult to find the exact match. If any changes are made you will be contacted, if you give us two options we will go with the second, before contacting you. If unable to find the second option we will then contact you letting you know, and go from there.
You may contact me via Facebook or phone call, in doing so we will discuss your order, and I will send an invoice via email, and pay request via PayPal. On occasions I will meet for payment, if you live near Forney TX.
You are required to pay at least half of the payment upfront, you may pay in full if you’d like. This is to stop people from ordering products, and not picking them up.
Canceling orders, if you choose to cancel your order, before I have ordered materials to make your product you can receive your payment back in full. If I have already began working on your outfit, I will return half of the full payment.
Shipping in the US will cost a flat fee of $6.50 this will be added into your total on the invoice you will receive via email.
