This was the worst experience of bait and switch I ever have had happen. I ordered an $85 sized bouquet and sent a picture of the colors we wanted, a mixed bouquet of purple, blue, orange and yellow. What they delivered was a much smaller $50 bouquet in pink and white. The recipient does not like pink! The owner did not respond to email complaints and did not offer a refund.
Dixieland Florist is seriously the best! I wasn’t able to come home for Mother’s Day this year due to COVID and wanted to do something really special for my mom. The photo speaks for itself, but wow were we all so surprised at how incredibly beautiful, intricate, creative and unique this bouquet turned out! We won’t be going anywhere else now. Thank you so much!
I called and spoke with the forest personally yesterday and told her exactly what I was looking for. They were delivered to my daughter this morning and they are absolutely perfect! She sent me pictures and then called me to tell me she loved them and they brought tears to her eyes. Thanks so much for such a beautiful arrangement!
We ordered a presentation bouquet to include yellow roses and daisies from another florist. We went to pick up the bouquet prior to the event. " POM daisies " all white and look like mums were in the arrangement!! The florist insisted traditional daisies are rare and poms are " real" daisies. My husband called Dixieland and explained our time sensitive dilemma!! We were able to pick up the PERFECT yellow roses and DAISY arrangement ever!! see photo Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dixieland!!! The other arrangement was presented to another person..

Couldn't be happier with the order I just placed, the picture doesn't do it justice. I've searched high and low for Peonies, I haven't had much success until now. Dixieland Florist responded to me immediately and laid out all of my options, I placed the order at 11:00 AM today and the flowers were delivered before 1:00PM the same day! The only reason I gave them 5 stars is because I couldn't give them 10, 10/10 would recommend them! -Thanks for the great experience.
Flowers were beautiful but woman on the phone must have had a terrible day. I called because my significant other bought be a very pretty, expensive bouquet and I had a question about a specific flower as a nervous cat mom. It looked like a lily so I called to simply verify I was kind! and she almost gets weird and defensive about it. Claiming they don't sell lilies so it's impossible. She asked me the color of the flower, I said red. She tells me that lilies can't be red there are red lilies btw I had found the flower on Google before I called, it is a red Peruvian Lily but wanted to verify she tells me again, cant be that because they dont sell lilies they advertise lilies on their website... So I send a photo of this little red flower to her and she calls in a super rushed tone and says "so i looked it up and its an alstroemeria, so not toxic for your cat, bye." An alstroemeria IS a peruvian lily..... being treated like an annoyance for a simple question in a kind way about a product my significant other paid good money for is so bizarre to me. You do sell lilies, they are on the web page. Lilies can be red. It's not hard to hide your clear annoyance. Lady and her son who dropped them off were sweet. Don't believe it was the same woman.
Super helpful staff and flowers that seem to last at least a week longer than other florists I've used.
I am always very pleased with the service and quality of their arrangements!! Always wonderful speaking with them on the phone, always on time, always just what I'm looking for!!!! Thank you Dixieland! My mom said that the flowers were beautiful
We hired this shop to do our flowers for our funeral service. The women who work here were so rude and disrespectful. They told us they had all the flowers we had requested, however they called the next day saying they actually don’t have the white roses we wanted. This is not the main reason I am writing this review. The main reason is their attitude and disrespect when I spoke to them on the phone. They know we just lost a loved one and treated as if they are doing us a favor. I could have picked a place like Chalifour’s whose customer service is 10x times better. DO NOT choose them for any of your events. There are multiple places in the area that are better. Unfortunately we didn’t have another choice given our time crunch..
