Don't really keep the problem with any of their apartments fixed in a timely manner. Office is closed alot n they don't hardly answer the phone. There office hours r really crazy and stupid. But the apartments are really nice inside them. Need covers I think over the front doors n the steps between the apartments need to be better placed n cleaned out underneath.

I called to ask about availabilty, as my lease will be up in October and the lady I spoke to, ask how much we made hourly and when I told her that my roommate makes $15/hour she told me that we made to much to qualify for the apartments and rudely hung up the phone. No where does it say on the website nor google that they are in income based apartment complex. so there was no need for her to be extremely rude and hang up on me like that.

While yes it’s spacious, the management is unprofessional and out of touch. No working heat in the winter. Haven’t had working ac all summer. Currently sitting at a steamy 87° in my apartment. They haven’t even provided a window unit to provide relief while awaiting repair. A leak in my bathroom around the tub causing a massive dip in the floor, and humidity in the apartment due to no ac and now a heavy mildew smell. Somehow “lost” my recertification paperwork which has all my households personal information on it. Honestly has gone downhill over the last couple of months and it’s beyond hazardous living conditions.

Management is very unprofessional, the front desk is rarely active during work hours. Nothing will get fixed if u needed in a timely manner. Personally, the manager attempted to pursue unprofessional relationships with me .

The manager here is definitely a kind hearted person. Very nice
