David Garcia and his whole team were just incredible to work with. I very very rarely do reviews online or surveys; period, so it has to be extremely impressive for me to express my thoughts and experience with a company especially when it is a contractor and insurance claim based. David who is the owner of D & M Roofing LLC was responsive to my request for an inspection of my roof. He provides aerial photography via drone to give a clear and concise view how much the section of the roof was impacted by the damage due to a storm or debris- in my particular case it was a massive Palo Verde that struck my roof. David's estimates were dead on accurate with zero surprises down the pipeline. With his first and second visit to the dwelling David was able to assess the complete picture by hiring experts with knowledge in their respective field to present the best outcome and craftsmanship. His crew arrived, they were courteous and extremely friendly and professional. A well oiled machine with talent that gave me 1,000% confidence on my decision to hire D & M Roofing LLC. Lastly Mr Garcia is a man of integrity and re-visited the site to verify everything was in its proper place. I could not be more thrilled and I extremely recommend David Garcia and his work force to provide the best craftsmanship work in the Phoenix metro area.

Great initial call to scheduled an appointment. Rep was great when he came to complete the inspection. Took his time, was patient and I was hopeful. Took close to a week after initial inspection, along with numerous phone calls I had to initiate in request of the bid. Never heard back from the inspector, no phone calls, no email until I contacted the office in order to get the requested bid, then he emailed me once I spoke to the office. Also, was not provided a copy of the drone inspection to go with the quote as I requested. This was merely a damage repair from strong monsoon winds and storm. This type of ineffectivness, service quality and management does not make me feel comfortable, as this degree of difficulty on the inspection and quote would give me great concerns about the quality of workmanship, and management of the actual job.

Very professional, the crew was organized, efficient, careful not to damage anything, fast, and cleanup was more than I would have expected. The finished work was excellent. The crew was courteous and polite. Many Kudos to D&M Roofing
