I've used them for years and my most recent experience was phenomenal I had a machine it was an integral part of my business it had a small little fan that broke in it. Mitsubishi cannot replace the motor and my alternative was to buy very expensive cooling unit about $20,000. They fix the fan overnight and it's been running great sense. They save me money and they save jobs so I really appreciate it

Super helpful. Great customer service. Needed a replacement exhaust fan for bathroom. After 7 shops, they actually had it! They then swapped out the bracket too!

Not what it wants was they don't repair they don't repair motors like they used to a lot of throw to a lot of throwaway motors nowadays because of China it is because of China I'm old school I cool I like having my motors rebuilt but they told me it's not cost effect but they told me it's not cost effective they're just a business very friendly yes very friendly knowledgeable staff I've dealt with yeah I've dealt with them for years it's just sad that it's just sad that our market is turned into this way and it's not their fault
