If you're looking to establish care with a new doctor I would recommend going anywhere else, but also if you currently go here.  Good luck with ever getting a hold of somebody when you call or if you somehow do get to speak to someone and get told that you'll get a call back, you won't. Also, prepare to wait 2-3 weeks for any tests results and play the fun game of "is anybody ever going to answer me or get back with me?" and then be charged a bill from the location and not actually through Village Medical billing for having to drive up to the location to speak with someone to get your test results since nobody will answer the phone, call you back, or answer you in the online Patient Portal, and then are lied to saying that they did call and leave a voicemail and message online.

The staff are all so nice and Dr. Brock is a great doctor. It took me many years to find a doctor that I thought actually listened to my concerns and just didn't sign me off as another patient.

This establishment by far was the most incompetent practice I have ever been to. They changed there name and deleted All the terrible reviews they had. That within itself is self explanatory. The office manager is a very nice sweet lady........But run from Dr.Brock and his incompetent receptionist

This Clinic Changed name March 2021 to delete their large numbers of 1 star reviews which apparently are pouring back in.  Called them 8 times to speak to the doctor or for a review of my blood work they only picked up the phone 2 times and always promised to call back never heard from them in over a month of trying to contact them constantly , They are fine with you going to another doctor as they implied as long as they charge you and your insurance with no service in return.

Love Dr. Sikorski and his staff. Best most caring doctor I've ever had...
