I had a good experience at Docs Imaging. I went in for an Ultrasound. The staff was very friendly and I was able to get my scans done quickly on my lunch break. The building is a little out-dated and the place could definitely use a vacuum. I definitely recommend that the owners invest a little in renovating the place. If you need to have a quick affordable scan, this is your place.
They scheduled redundant procedures . They told me both would be covered, and one wasn't not. I was then told they are not supposed to tell me what's covered, but oh well, they're not responsible for what their employees say. I had bruises all the way around my breasts from the mammogram. I guess saying, "ouch" means squeeze tighter . I hope they really needed that money because they'll never get another dime from me.
Had a scheduled ultrasound and was made to wait over 45 minutes with a full bladder until the tech came into work. I was told she was running late due to personal reasons but I still had to wait and needed to go badly. Someone should have called me and told me to change appt or wait before coming into office. Unacceptable to have to wait and be so uncomfortable. First experience with DOCS and most likely last experience.
Went to another imaging place first and we were told the wait would be 1-2 hours.. Went to DOCs and walked in and was out in less than 20min with chest x-ray on CD in hand! Nice people.. Free coffee.. Clean bathroom ;
The young ladies that do the mri test are very nice professional and sweet, they went way over and above to help me. I will never go any place else. Recommend them for anyone. Thank you Ladies
Friendly staff, coupled with a few nice touches, like bedside manner thanks Amanda and pre-filled forms imagine that! made for a refreshingly pleasant experience in a long line of seemingly endless doctor's visits.
I wouldn’t recommend this medical facility. Even though I received a positive answer when I asked if all the procedures were covered by my insurance, this business sent me an invoice for something that was not covered. This business deceives its customers. It should be banned from the insurances network.
Do they open at 8 o’clock ? NO Same day appointment? No walk in scheduling? No Quick to tell you they are not available? Yes
