Docs Gym Fitness & Wellness I

Started here after a back injury working with one of the trainers Rafa. He has been absolutely great. All their trainers are! The gym is well equipped and clean. Best part is getting those adjustments next door. One-stop-shop and all-around great!

Great place to get an adjustment and workout. Doc is a great person too. He cares about his members and patients.

Working out with the trainer Mike has been awesome. It's been almost 2 months since I started and I'm definitely seeing a difference. He tailors the workout to what you need and what your body can handle. I'm always exhausted after and sometimes sore the next day, but I never feel like I did too much or like I'm going to die.

I'm sure the gym experience might have been great, but contacted trainer Mike and never heard back from him. No time to deal with poor customer service.

Best gym I ever stepped into after 3 yrs + in fitness locally not just a gym but family... this place inspired me & made me a better person

Amazing place to work on your own personal fitness goals. They are very friendly and have great communication. You become part of a team that feels like a fitness family. Highly recommend
