I will happily change this to a 5 star when they replace the god awful door ding noise everytime a door opens I was ready to run out the 3rd time I heard it. I'd rather hear a lady moaning everytime than that bell. Please do us and your employees and replace that sucker
The whole finger print thing didn't seem legit and they check your ID when you come into the store and again when you check out kind of ridiculous in my opinion. Also the staff is not very professional, I am pretty sure it was the cashiers friends that were just hanging out in the store and being very loud and whipping one another running around the store like children. Prices were seemed pretty high also on most items.
As others have said, extremely overpriced - a $50 toy there is $15 on Amazon, and a $295 toy is $120 online. No fingerprinting though.
Great place however it is off the beaten path, could be located in a better more convenient spot.. Friendly helpful staff, remember to bring your I.D. they will ask for it. Went there again it's been a while now but still stand behind the 5 star review!!
Over priced and who on earth requires writing your ID# down if you use a credit card. So you have my credit card info and my ID. Don't tell me you only have the last 4 of my cc. Seems so shady. And my Itty bitty purse had to go in the car. Or hey let the cashier have my bag....No thanks. I'll go to Amazon and get better customer service.
Leave your purse at the counter? The staff doesn’t trust a customer to shop, but customers are supposed to trust the staff with our cash, cards, ID and whatever else we have? Absolutely not. Let’s not forget, we do have another shop in this town that has contributed for over 30 years to this community. She was more than happy to take my card for $200+ on the same day.
Young lady was mildly knowledgeable, but looked and acted as if she was literally not wanting to be there whatsoever. This store had not one thing on sale which I find weird a week before Christmas and I'm fairly certain that the same toys or really anything they carry is currently online either on wish or Amazon, for far cheaper prices.... And you get to skip the embarrassment of running into your ex whilst your there...
Oh my God. This store is huge, and clean. I asked the clerk to help my wife, sister wife, and my girlfriend. She was wonderful. My women at first felt uncomfortable but in about 10 minutes all four ladies smiling, laughing and blushing. And with 2 wife's and a girlfriend she suggested for me a pill called Titanium 1200. One pill 3 nights in a row. I think I can go again tonight. Thank Doctor John's
This place is horrible they have employees giving reviews to boost the review rating that’s ridiculous this place is horrible as well as the staff and management my sister-in-law went in there I have been in there and that’s nothing but a joke to even get corporate‘s number we were given the runaround and had to call out of state to even get the phone number for them we have been in contact with the city of Spanish Fork I’m working to get that business shut down an out of our city customers don’t care what toys or products you already own personally We coming to get what we are looking for and leave the best store down here would be dirty Joe’s I recommend going there and nowhere else Doctor John’s as a joke just like the staffing they need to be shut down
Nice selection and clean- however it is fairly pricey. What bothered me the most was the sketchy vibe I got...before I went I read some reviews that talked about drug deals going on and I thought “oh those are probably just paranoid Karens” but I’m pretty sure I witnessed a drug deal as well! Also, they took our thumbprints “to combat credit card fraud”. I have tried researching that, and I’m not finding any evidence that this is true. I could be paranoid, but it seems sketchy to me.
