I’ve absolutely nothing negative to say about this pharmacy. Wait time upon arrival at pharmacy has been flawless. I’ve read some negative reviews and they’ve absolutely nothing to do with the rules and regulations set forth by/for Any pharmacy to legally abide, big and small.
Great service. The staff are so fast and helpful. I didn't have to wait that long at all. They had Halloween crafts for the kids and a small area with toys so they don't get bored.
This pharmacy is sooo great!!! From my prescriptions to covid vaccine... They have a great system to have u in and out with friendly faces and helpful attitude. I had both my doses of Moderna here and both appoitments were fast and easy, they have really gone out of their way to make it as organized as possible opposed to bigger sites i can only imagine. Thank you for your great community service!
I drive all the way from orange county a few times a month just to get my prescriptions at Doctor's Choice Pharmacy. They always do everything they can do to take care of me and their other patients ... from ordering medicines for you, making specialty compound meds...they are great at communicating between patient..doctor and insurances.. I love walking into a family owned pharmacy and greeted by my name and with smiles...been coming here for many years now and you will never catch me anywhere else!
This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The pharmacist is so nice and has gone above and beyond for me. I’ve been fighting cancer for 14 years now and she always helps me out. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Will never go to another pharmacy again!!!
Hope I can give them a negative star! Worst customer service and rude. I'm here for Covid-19 vaccine with an appointment, but told they only do San Bernardino county only! State government site direct us here and they only mentioned " modona for both doses - San Bernardino only". I do read English and from my understanding this phrase means San Bernardino only can get modona vaccine!? Otherwise why state website direct me to choose this location after I registered I'm from LA county? In stead polite communication, this woman seems to be the owner rudely interrupt my explanation and tell me to get out. Vaccine is free for all U.S. citizen from U.S. government. Why do I want to travel so far away from my own county to take advantage to this free vaccine? Her attitude is so arrogant and condescending which infuriate me. If she explained that they don't have enough doses for people outside the county I'll be gladly retreat and rebook from a different location. It's so unfortunate that we are all in current difficult environment and people lacking compassion are controlling vital supplies.
Absolute worst. Was sent here to get the covid vaccine and they turned me away because I couldn't show them that I work in the county. I sell solar and I do work in the county but I'm not going to show them customers private information. I took time off work and drive an hour each way because that is where the website sent me. Don't give this place your business they don't care about you or your time. UPDATE IN RESPONSE: I'm licensed by the state, I work in every county. I offered to show my license. The only thing I can show with addresses are my customers addresses on contracts. That's what the guy requested to see, said my license wouldn't suffice. So yes, you requested my customers personal information.
Super helpful staff. At other pharmacies, I'm not treated as an intelligent, educated person. But here they truly are seeking to help you and are willing to answer your questions with patience and a smile.
Amazing and friendly staff, made it super easy to check in for my Covid vaccine appointment. You must have an appointment to get your shot but if you book online make sure to select this place if you are around the area.
I have been going here for a little over 2 years now. I am a very difficult patient as I have many medical issues and am only 25yrs old. Between my partner and myself we have about 15 meds a month to fill. And they r always ontop of it. after trying multiple pharmacies over the years I was never taken care of until I found Doctors choice. They take the time to learn about each one of their patients. And they give each individual very personalized service. They also work hand in hand very well with all of my doctors. Even 2 of my doctors rant and rave about how lucky I am to have this pharmacy taking care of me. Drs choice pharmacy is family owned so you will always see the same faces and always receive the great caring quality care. They truly make you feel like part of their family. Thank you Drs choice! !
