I made an appointment online and was called back in an acceptable amount of time. The doctor seemed genuinely concerned and offered multiple solutions. He also asked twice if I had anymore questions or concerns. This past visit was my third time using AFC Urgent Care and I honestly believe I get better service from AFC than I do from my primary care physician. 10/10 would recommend
Very clean & it would have been quicker if I had known I could fill out the form online before coming! What a great service! It didn’t take too long & they tested me for Covid, strep, & flu. I didn’t have any of those, but they gave me a steroid shot because I have an Upper Respiratory Illness & that will help me get my voice back. Thanks - I will be back!
Front girls were very polite and very helpful with checking in. Had to wait in the room for approximately 30 minutes for Covid and flu test. The doctor was incredible, very polite very helpful. They told me to call them if I’m not better next week I said you mean I don’t have to come back and they said no call us, this is multiple times that I’ve been there and enjoy it each time.
First time experience at AFC urgent care. Great experience from checking in to checking out. Super friendly and helpful. Very thorough evaluation. My timing was perfect. I walked in right before they had a rush and they had me in a room in 15 minutes. Will definitely go back.
I love AFC Urgent Care. First of all I appreciate the ability to fill out paperwork before arriving. I have never had a long wait and every employee has been efficient. A great place!
New on line check in works well. Was 2nd in line and was seen in 15 minutes. All staff friendly and efficient. Nurse practitioner was particularly helpful and informative. My new #1 if I’m sick and can’t see my PC physician…Or maybe even if I can!
Everyone at AFC, from front desk to nurse and physician, were awesome. Even though I have had 4 Covid vaccinations and have not had Covid, I was directly exposed. After negative home tests, I went to AFC for Covid testing to ensure i didn’t have it so as not to expose immunocompromised family members. I was negative and they couldn’t have been nicer! Wait time was minimal, and all employees were so friendly and polite. Thank you AFC!
The staff up front was very helpful and kind. The nurses and doctor were efficient and gave better care than any other urgent care I’ve visited.
I always go to this walk in clinic in Cleveland, on Gunbarrel, and in Hixson. It’s the only walk in clinic I will go to because they are professional, courteous, thorough and caring. Both my son and I have always gone to afc for all of our emergency/non-emergency needs
Respectful and Friendly Staff-- Great Service; Appreciated the follow-up telephone call to be sure my health and condition COVID was improving with Paxlovid-- the miracle drug from Pfizer!!
