Doctor Today Urgent Care

This practice is a joke, they do absolutely nothing to help you. Runaround after runaround. If you complain or say anything they tell you to go to the ER. Why bother having you as a primary care? Your primary concern is not helping patients. No x-rays, no listening to your lungs, no exam of any type, no personality at all. Just plain incompetent people giving absolutely nothing of value. Glenda is the only person who has any type of professionalism and I hope she finds a place better suited for her. I don't know where Ms. McFadden went I wish I could find out. The place needs to be looked into.

Dr. Issar is a joke!! My chief complaint when I come in everytime is restless leg syndrome. The medication I take for it ranges from .25 mg up to 5.0 mg. She tells me .25 mgs is too much. That woman does not have to be in the bed with me at night when I am crying with my legs hurting!!! I have seen her 3 times, 1 of those times I was sick. Did she listen to my chest? No. Did she look at my ears? No. Did she look at my sinuses? No. Did she do anything other than sit across the room, writing in her notes & checking her phone? Absolutely not, nothing. Not a how are you? How long have you felt bad? Have you ran fever? NOTHING!! Her recommendation, you need to lose weight. I am 5'9" at 200 lbs, I have lost 40 lbs over the last year. Losing weight is not going to affect my hayfever allergies. She is a complete quack & needs her medical license pulled immediately. She has the bedside manners of a wet, limp noodle. I will & have taken my business elsewhere & would highly recommend that everybody else do so also. Not only am I leaving a bad review, I am also contacting the Florida medical licensing board. You suggested that I try another location. No I will not. Your Dr's know that we are forced to use their facilities, they are more than likely educated in 3rd world countries & cannot get employment with a reputable Dr's office. I WILL NEVER USE Doctor Today AGAIN. NONE OF THE LOCATIONS!! They talk down to patients bc they are so damn miserable in their own lives with the choices they made, so they make everybody else pay for it. If Rehka Issar had talked to me like she did anywhere other than the Dr office, she would've have gotten her feelings hurt badly.

Dr. was dismissive, didn't listen to concerns and made assumptions about our son. She didn't greet him or speak to him at all. When asked about referral for endocrinologist she said there are very few around here that take Medicaid Our son doesn't even have Medicaid!!! We have private insurance. Looks like we're headed back to our doctors in New York and Atlanta!!!!

Normally I don’t give 5 star to anyone but Dr Rekha Issar is definitely exceptional in diagnosis and treatment Very courteous staff.

Hands down the worst medical facility I have ever been in, in the state of Florida. 9 office personnel, one doctor. Make it make sense.

By far the worst place I have ever been to. The doctor is a joke. The doctor leaves the door open when she talks to the patients so everyone can hear what's wrong with you.

Absolute worst experience I’ve had in a doctors office. I went in with feminine concerns. They drew blood for tests, asked me to come back for results of course charging for another visit just for me to find they never even tested for what they were supposed to. The answer they gave me which was useless cost me extra money in labs. They wanted to draw more blood to do the correct testing which would cost me AGAIN for new lab work and another visit to get those results which I declined since they were obviously incompetent the first time. They also had in their charts that I was breast feeding… My youngest child is 13 years old and I definitely never listed that I was breast feeding. How that misinformation got in my chart is beyond me, but again, it just proves how incompetent this office is. Dr. Brenda who was the second doctor to see me so she could share my lab results / not the doctor who saw me for my first visit and ordered the blood test admitted what I was tested for was pretty useless and offered to take over as my doctor and have the correct tests done. She seemed kind and understanding but unfortunately, I’d seen enough to know I’ll never set foot in that place again. For your own safety and sanity, do not waste your time or money going there. It almost seems like a scam that this place exists.

This Doctor's office and I use the term loosely is somehow working off the radar. Filthy exam rooms and bathroom, they don't clean/sterilize equipment before or after use. Be sure to check your insurance remittance, it's not beneath them to mis code for charges. The last straw was during my wifes office visit on the 29th, she told the Doctor that her regular, daily meds needed to be refilled, they ordered two meds to one pharmacy, one to a different pharmacy, of the 3 meds they called in only 1 was the right med, she still need 3 other meds ordered and irritatingly enough she can't reach a human at any of the 4 locations nor our WH location after 6 attempts. Also, front desk help, you may want to keep your snarky comments about patients a bit more private, a lot of people are fluent in more than one language. I'm happy Doctor Brenda has moved on, she was great, thorough and listened to the patient and certainly belongs in a much better setting than this. The Florida Department of health needs to hear all of these horrible reviews and complaints. It's time to move on!

Make sure you take down the name of the person you spoke to when making an appointment. Somehow you make an appointment, you show up and they can't find you in the system.

Very unprofessional doctors ignoring symptoms until you gets worse staff and doctors absolutely dont know what they are doing worse clinic in winter haven they should Shut down
