The Dr. Yum Project is a 501c3 nonprofit which aims to create a culture of wellness targeting children, their families, and the greater community.
Our organization, founded by a pediatrician, offers kid-tested recipes and parenting advice for families seeking a healthy lifestyle. Our website also gives information about childhood obesity, picking eating, feeding babies and various nutrition topics related to children. The Doctor Yum Project offers services like cooking classes, and grocery shopping classes in the Fredericksburg, VA area. We now offer "Doctor Yum's Cooking Club" with it's own facebook page, to promote a healthy cooking community.
