Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Much more than other Doctor's offices I have been to. I didn't feel rushed or unheard. I felt seen and that my health concerns were validated. Doctor Christine got my prescriptions sent out right away. Nurse Dakota made sure my daughters and I wait time was at ease by coming in and saying hello and giving my girls a little treat and stickers to enjoy while waiting. So kind! She took time to make sure they were comfortable. Josiah, who let us into the room was very kind and thoughtful as he made sure we were in a clean and comfortable atmosphere and made sure I quickly got the paperwork I needed to fill out. Based on my experience, I'd say the Doctor's Care Georgetown crew works together very well. Like clockwork as they say! You can tell the building is full of individuals who CARE for their patients with the utmost respect and kindness. Thank you Doctor's Care!
All the staff were excellent and friendly!... NP Seebode and the Nurse that took care of my 83 year old mother for an arm injury were absolutely fantastic! They were very caring and friendly and treated her with professionalism and kindness. Thank you so much.
I have always came to this location.A few months ago I can hear and the front desk clerk was on her cell phone cruising very loudly. All of the patients just started looking at each other. Moments later she got back on the call and continued cursing. I then interrupted her and told her kids were in the lobby. Even if kids weren’t in the lobby, she should known carry herself in a professional manner. But it seems as if people will hire whoever’s willing to work. Today I’m here and I’ve been waiting 2 hours with only 3 people ahead of me. In the future, I will try another office
Please note that completing the online check in does not move you up in the line. We waited over 90 minutes to be seen by someone after we were sent a text messages telling us to go ahead and come to the office. Also, it is very cold and frigid in the officeunderstandable, however, it would be nice if they kept a few blankets for those that come in with temps or who are having difficulty regulating their own body temps.
What a wonderful caring group of people! Genuine care. I took my daughter to the local hospital and they wouldn't see her. Waited an hour just to check in....daughter had chest pain with radiating pain around her back. Told us to have a seat. Left and went to doctors care. Brought her back immediately and hooked her up to EKG. Showed much care and concern. AWESOME!!!
Unsatisfactory.. the check-in staff was polite, & understanding of my situation had placed me there that day. Tooth infection... I just needed to get in and get antibiotics for it due to it being infected, and the future removal of a tooth. As I am explaining my situation they informed me that I would have to be a self-pay due to the fact it was dental that put me there. Insurance will not pay for it. though my insurance covers both dental and medical, & they didn't even look at my card to see. I was So though livid I didn't care, I needed the antibiotics. I drive 10-hour days, and never take time off except for upcoming surgery. I paid, filled out the paperwork, and waited for them though I was the only car in the parking lot. After a long wait, I get back to the pre-exam room and then to the exam room. After she took my vitals. I saw how elevated they were, I did not think anything of it really too much though seeing as I was in pain and had an infection. I did mention too the first , who walked out then another walked in. I have terrible anxiety and was in severe pain and they asked what I was on... as if I took drugs. I guess it was due to the elevated levels that I had, but I am drug free so I was highly insulted. I said no, then I was told my heart rate was a bit high in their opinion. Funny as I stated to the first woman that my vitals looked a bit higher than normal <which typically are almost too low for most Dr's to be happy with. > Anyways absolutely floored by the rudeness that both of these lady's displayed even after I said I am not on drugs.. I did however inform them I work a long hours 6 to 7 days a week, I am under large amounts of stress oh and don't forget the pain of the infection. I was not asking for any opiates or pain relievers I asked for antibiotics, and was treated as if I was a druggie seeking a fix. It was the most disrespectful bedside manner I have ever witnessed let alone being on the receiving end of. I WOULD RATHER DIE THAN RETURN HERE. I get Dr's are expensive for well good reason... but I had to pay upfront, and tried to not complain about the lack of their sight to my insurance card. My only concern was to get the infection taken care of before the tooth came out. I can't believe these women, who are this presumptuous, and disrespectfully rude to the patients. They should have never entered an industry that is supposed to be helpful and empathetic, of which they were neither. Please if able choose a different urgent care facility I recommend in doing so. I don't know it may be the only one here in this area, I just moved here. I really want the two nurses who accused me of drug use that you are so far from the truth with that assumption. I am disgusted by your behavior seeing as you willingly chose the career. you really need a different line of work. I left there with my prescription called into the pharmacy. Those two women who I went in seeking help from only ended up disrespecting me and continued to do so even after I told them that no I was not on any substance that would increase my heart rate or blood pressure.. not a Dr but I think those both increase with pain. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Edit: still have not recieved a refund cuz they charged me out of picket and didnt look at my insurance card. John in billing said it would be adjusted and still nothing. So they are rude and basically thieves not returning the money they shpuld not havw charged cuz i do have insurance. I hope no one ever has to deal with the disrespectful vehavior i had to from this place. Never again will i go here!!!
I like being able to see a health care provider any day of the week. I’m always treated well and seen within a reasonable amount of time.
Highly recommend! Professional, kind and caring staff including Diane and Joisa. Received a through workup by very knowledgeable and kind PA Christine. This will always be my go to urgent care when I cannot get into my PCP.
Sat here with my wife who has copd and asthma has had worse breathing since almost dying from covid. Shes struggling to breathe a lady comes in after us she knew the receptionist told her she had cold symptoms she was told she had onemy wife ahead of jer10 min later they called woman ahead of my wife.
