Great care. Little bit less time in the waiting room would've been nice but it is available. Not really sure how much time it cuts off the actual visit but it is available. Thank yall for doing your best to take care of us greer folk
Went in at last minute 7:45pm and the staff were so nice and friendly. Michelle my nurse was a real character like me . They took good care of me with a sense of humor . And I'm happy to say today I am feeling much better. Thank you DOCTORS CARE . Sorry no 5 stars nothing is perfect
This doctors care has to be one of the most worst doctors care I know! I took my daughter 8/6/2023 with 103.9 fever, throat pain, and pain with ears. She’s only 1 years old. Remind you that she has had 7 brain surgeries and has a VP shunt. The same doctor seen her as last time which I was giving him a second chance. We went into room and he came in and I told him everything that was going on and her past history. He barely looked into her ears and throat and said upper respiratory infection and told us to have a nice day!! Which is what he did last time and BOTH of my children ended up being diagnosed with way worse in the ER at Greenville memorial. I had a weird feeling that it was not upper respiratory infection and took her to Greenville memorial peds emergency room. They looked in her ears and automatically said omg her ears are so red and severe infected and her throat was inflamed and red. They went above and beyond for my daughter. I highly do NOT recommend this doctors care to anyone. I will definitely be letting people know that too. This doctor is there for a check and to just get people in and out I feel like. He should have been more cautious knowing my daughters history. Y’all might want to evaluate this office before dhec does also. The rooms have so much uncleanliness. It made me gag!
First time ever needing to seek urgent care and the experience was great. Friendly and knowledgeable medical staff, I recommend going if the need arises outside of your PCP care hours.
We use to use the Greer location regularly for kid ick & sports physicals but since my son's older now it's been a long time. The struggles I have encountered trying to help him while he trained for a new job to get an employment physical have been unreal. I called Greer and a very curt, rude, non listening woman told me to send him there, walk-in no problem. When I tried to make sure she understood what was needed she just loudly repeated herself like I had not said a word & rushed me off the phone. He walks in that evening only to find out Greer does not do what he needs. I call back, advise of what I was told... a new lady tells me only Simpsonville & Congaree do what is needed, there's nothing Greer can do. Frustrated I ask to ensure no more issues if Simpsonville does this physical for walk-ins, the lady says yes, yes they do. Fast forward to Simpsonville my son texts & says they're are not doing as we were advised. I call & get stuck w/ another lady who now states the physicals are only by appointment & cut off at a certain time. I'm beside myself. I don't work there I'm a customer if I can't get good, reliable, accurate information from the people who work there what am I expected to do. My son will now lose hours on a new job waiting for a regular doctor's appointment because no one knows their own policies at Doctors care. What happened to this company. I'm highly disappointed & cannot understand why this has gone so poorly... it's to the point I'm wondering if they just not want to serve him.
Dr. Candice Gilliland was incredible - diligently listened to me, was informative and comforting, and provided a clear prognosis with recommendations. Everyone on staff was lovely and I had a very positive experience.
Staff very friendly and nice. Loved not having to wait long. Maybe 10 mins? Great experience! An added plus was they called to check on me on Saturday after my Thursday visit. Amazing!
Not great, not terrible. Suddenly feeling ill, and unable to get to my primary care doctor, this was the next closest option. Front staff was nice, Wait time was long, facilities could use some updating and deep cleaning, nurse taking vitals was super impersonal, doctor was decent, not overly caring but got me the meds I needed. All in all, I’d go back in a bind, but md360 is nicer.
I had to gone to ER prior going to doctors care, and somethings still wasn’t right. Doctors care doctors and the team are always so amazing. I don’t know why I bother going anywhere else because I always get more results from them than anywhere.
All the doctors and nurses will not listen to people because they think they know everything. The only way to find out the problem is to listen to the person with the issue that deals with it 24/7 365. The few times that I and others I know that have went here have experienced the same rudeness and big headed know it all. Do yourself a favor and find a old established family practice.
