Worst experience I have ever had. If you take anything from this - do NOT support companies who are discriminatory. The female pharmacist was absolutely disgusting. I have no words for this childish pharmacist. I have never encountered an employee that was so out of line. She was laughing and when I asked her about the pricing and when I asked her to stop even called her Ma’am.. big mistake I was told “you don’t tell me how to act and what facial expressions to use” she then went on to call me a brat in front of staff and costumers. After hearing this I did exchange a fair share of my own words. This was extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. This pharmacist was beyond unprofessional and lack of maturity. All of this because I had asked why and tried to get to the bottom of how the price had increased by 90%. She replied with something to the effect of “I’m not the one who makes the prices”. She does not care about customers and probably just the easiest job she could obtain given her disgraceful customer service and little to no knowledge. She also withheld my medication with a personal refusal to sell my medication to me. This is a crucial medication and was illegally denied to me. I have also read plenty of reviews that they are extremely racist, impatient, and inefficient. I ignored all of the red flags and continued to peruse them. Do not support racist and discriminatory companies.

The female pharmacist was terrific. These folks know how to focus on PEOPLE. In spite of being faced with a young adult who repeatedly cursed her, the pharmacist was personable and professional. If you are looking for a place to come in, drop multiple F-bombs, call the staff names and generally act like a spoiled child, maybe this is not the pharmacy for you. These good people cannot fix the damage done to you by 20 years of poor parenting. However... If you want a personal touch, this is your place. If you want knowledgeable staff, this is your place. If you want caring professionals, this is your place. I recommend this pharmacy wholeheartedly.

Had a bad experience! I was waiting in line for over 10-15 mins and was being looked at and no one helped me. A white man walked in before me and was helped immediately. This was a very uncomfortable and racist experience that should not have happened in 2023. My people of color use this establishment with caution!!!

I just want to say that in all my years this pharmacy is the best pharmacy I’ve used!! They are very kind and you can tell they actually care! It’s a very personal experience and my favorite thing is the pharmacist Michael! He’s awesome and very thorough and you can tell he loves what he does! He takes time to really help explain the medicine and possible interactions! I won’t use any other pharmacy as long as Michael is at Doctors Center Pharmacy!

Great pharmacy! The staff is friendly. Conveniently located with drive thru or delivered.

These people are always rude. If you can go somewhere else do so.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes for them to tell me they never received the Rx. I saw my dr. Submit when I was in office. I called the office they submitted again and then had to wait back in line for them to tell me they had to special order it. Came back the day they told me to come back and they didn't have it mixed because they said they didn't have my info. And I would have to come back tomorrow to pick it up. Then to top it off said my insurance wouldn't cover it even though my insurance has always covered this medication. They didn't even run it to find out for sure. Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Like other said don't waste your time!!!

My medication was snatched from right in front of me in an aggressive tone I was told “if you want this medication go find it somewhere else”. This similar situation happened to a mother with a disabled child who was illegally refused their prescription. I have also read plenty of reviews that they are extremely racist, impatient, and inefficient. I ignored all of the red flags and continued to peruse them. Do not support racist and discriminatory companies.
