Doctors' Diet Program

I really like this place they are sweet nice people.. You get in and out I asked the Dr questions and he answered with no problem he did not rush me ge was laughing and joke with me.. I've been there 1 month and I lost 8 pounds that with no walking and working out so that's good. I had to cut pills 1/2 they were to strong and gave me jitters and gas in my chest really bad could not eat but when I cut it to 1/2 I felt so much better..

I just want to say that the staff & DOCTOR are horribly managed. 1. They deny you for asking help to lose weight. The nurses aren’t even certified, the doctor isn’t certified to even prescribe the pills which is even more horrible. This place is so ghetto and rude. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Dont listen to the negative reviews. The staff is friendly and helpful and the doctor is there doing his job. If you have questions, ask. If you don't, he will simply read your vitals, review your chart, ask if you have any questions or concerns, fill your prescription and send you on your way. I have never been unhappy with them in the years I've been a patient.

I have been going every 2 weeks for about 2.5 months now. Although some of the women at the front desk could use some customer curtesy pointers and the office could use an update, it is a decent place. Very good for people who don’t need to be closely monitored and guided through their weight lose journey. They give you all the paperwork and information needed on the first visit and you are quickly in and out. The ladies that actually give you your shots have always been nice and professional while still talking and joking with you like you have known them for years. This place could use a few tweaks but over all I don’t have any complaints.

With the proper dieting, exercise along with the pills you will definitely lose weight. The staff & the doctor have always been pleasant. My only negative thing in my opinion is their not open later hours.

I was in and out and paid the $19. Yes the office could use a serious upgrade, but the staff was very nice and friendly. If you're looking for an actual program I wouldn't recommend this place. It's not very personal. But I got what I came for.

Office Manager Aerial was very rude when asked to give a patient a copy of their policy, Aerial stated that the facility did not have policies to distribute to patients. However their would be a $25 for medial records as the documents that was signed was property of doctor. The advertisement of the $19 is very misleading. A patient was not able to get medication at the initial visit and Office Manager Aerial stated that the patient "forfeited" the option for an initial fee of $19 due to a medication conflict that the patient was taking, therefore when the patient returned they would have to pay the follow up fee even though no medication was distributed. Additionally, Aerial stated once the doctor takes the vitals then that was the initial appt. fee, however the patient was not charged at all for the initial fee during the visit.

If it were possible I would give negative stars. My credit card was stolen the day I used it here. Someone used $1300 through the squarespace which is the form of payment you guys accept. I will not return. I will go to my doctor for weightloss assistance.
