The receptionist went above and beyond for me, she was super friendly and empathetic. The wait wasn't long for an urgent care facility. The MA was super kind. The doctor was super too. She went out of her way to explain exactly what was wrong, even brought in pictures to explain better. I know she was very busy, but she still didn't make me feel rushed at all. Highly recommend if you need urgent care.
Amazing! I ended up with a cut in a tricky spot. The team at AFC was incredible. They were kind, helpful and prompt! They listened to my complaint and took it seriously. I ended up with stitches and felt that the team was educated and handled my injury properly. Thank you so much for making my unexpected afternoon go as smooth as possible!! Definitely recommend!
Showed up at 810 Sunday morning And it was very busy. Got into the room at 10:30 And was taken care of by Nicole and Kate. They were awesome. Diagnosed me with bronchitis and gave me a treatment right there in the office and soon after felt much better. Thank you ladies‼
This place has been my all-time favorite place. I would recommend anyone to come here. All the staff did their job perfectly and everything is in order. Bryan Beth did a very good job talking to me and checking everything necessary to be done. He is an excellent employee, a very good communicator.
I really enjoyed my experience at this urgent care, the healthcare staff were very understanding about how nervous I was and help me calm down. I definitely will choose this urgent care in the future and recommend it to my family and friends.
The wait time wasn't bad at all. Solmaz , Beth , Bryan , Jenn , Jess and Lexi were all very Professional and really Polite. They helped me out Efficiently. Answered all my questions to the T. I was in an out , in a timely manner. I would recommend This Urgent Care to anybody
Jharna was so nice! She made me feel comfortable as soon as she walked in. Quick and efficient. Same with Beth, in and out but in the nicest way possible just how I want it to be when I come to urgent care .
This a good place to go to when you need to. But they could do better at the receptionist desk. When people are sick they shouldn't have to register online. to Much to do when sick I'd should be scan instead and Ins cards should be too.
excellent experience! receptionists were kind and helpful. sign-in process on mobile device was easy! I was seen within an hour! Lawrence the PA was a delight and hopeful will help my foot pain. nice location in west Springfield. Would return there in a heart beat. I was refused at NEOS on Birnie ave due to supposed max capacity for the day? it was 8:45 am. keep up the good work there is not enough competent health facilities around—Linda
Staff was friendly, efficient and attentive. Bryan and Charity were very professional. Bryan took vitals and let us know Dr. would be in soon. Charity came in and was very attentive to the injury and took her time removing bandages. She let us know what she would be doing. Highly recommend. Great experience!
