I entered the facility and I was pulling up info from phone to be scanned by front desk & I was immediately told I needed to put a mask on, I replied I will give me a minute my hands are full. The girl said out loud we are not going to see her if she doesn’t put a mask on. A black UPS driver came in & approached the desk & she proceeded in conversation with him for several minutes and he was never told to put a mask on. I had to return on Monday & again a black man came in without a mask & she proceeded in conversation for about 5 mins before she gave him a mask. I was a victim of reverse racism and degraded because I took so long to put a mask on. This office girl is very rude and very unprofessional.

DOT PHYSICAL: required to strip down to UNDERWEAR … very unusual… 37 yrs driving… never before ask to strip … wont ever go there again unless job send for random drug screen… i felt violated sitting there in my underwear just to check my heart & reflexes… staff was cordial & prompt

Been waiting for a simple drug screen for employment for almost 2 hours. Nobody seems to care about other people's time being of any importance. The other glowing reviews are baffling to me. Really wish I had the same experience!

Best time I had getting pre-employment requirements met. Friendly, professional, proficient, and efficient! Cynthia and Robert are huge assets to the team but everyone was friendly and demonstrated how healthcare should be!

Initially had trouble getting appointment worked out with them but they are willing to work with you and take care of you after talking to them.

All were very polite and professional. Good experience. They deserve 5 stars.
