Went to flush ear. Doctor was very rude and told me to just leave because I asked him not to go too deep with the cleaning tool. Nurses and receptionists are very nice though.
Everyone in the office are very pleasant. Pat is great worked hard on my concerns. Dr.tirado #1 the best. Thank you for the numbulizer. I would suggest anyone with health concerns. Visit the medi center and the physical therapy is great 3 visits hip feels much better. Thank you all for your help.
I am happy to come back to this center. I was taken care of quickly and felt heard and cared for by the staff. Excellent care was provided by PA, Carlos Tirado. He takes the time to get to know his patient, asks questions, answers any questions I had, and provided follow-up. I can't ask for a better all-around experience. The location is easy to find with available parking.
Dr. Frances Scjovall has been my PCP at Doctors Medicentre for the past 7 years. I could give her more than 5 stars i would. She is a good listener, caring, sympathetic, empathetic whatever your health problem is she will do her best to find a cause and a solution. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Scjovall.

It was my first time going to this location. Came in to get a COVID-19 test the day before New Year’s Eve. It was so clean and everyone was nice. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The person that helped me out and gave me my test was Julia. She was my medical assistant and she was awesome! She was gentle, kind and very knowledgeable of what she was doing. I will definitely start using this office more often. Highly recommend!!
Was feeling very ill when I woke up so I decided to go see a doctor. There was a very short wait time and I was attended quickly, thankfully it was Dr.Tirado who attended me he was very patient and took his time to diagnose me and prescribed me some medicine that got me back to 100 percent.Usually going to urgent cares I feel rushed but not at this one. Also the nurse was amazing as well thank you all!!
I had booked an appointment online. Filled out all the paperwork the day before and everything. Day of, I come to check in only to be told they don't accept my insurance. No where is it listed what providers they DO and DO NOT take. They booked my appointment anyway, even when I filled my insurance information THE DAY BEFORE. I highly recommend going somewhere else because you have a better chance at finding what is and isn't accepted on other doctors' websites. And I recommend somewhere else if you genuinely need real help because they offer little to none. I won't even begin on the lack of empathy from the front desk receptionists either. Just go somewhere else and don't waste your time.
My experience was great! I was there for my yearly physical. The staff was very friendly. The medical assistant Patty took good care of me. I am very pleased with the attending physician Janardhan. She educated me about my well-being. She made me feel very welcome.
Was feeling very sick and couldn’t and didn’t want to drive far to see my regular dr. The staff was very helpful. They accepted my insurance. I ended up having the flu. Thank you so much for your assistance. I am thankful and appreciate the care that was given to me.
