Doctors Park Surgery Center

My experience was great. I felt like all the staff really care about the patients. They made sure I understood what they were doing and they asked me how I felt throughout the procedure. I definitely recommend Doctors Park Surgery Center in Bend. They do a fantastic job!

My elderly mom had went in for surgery. Dr. Baker and her team were terrific. They took time to make sure she understood the procedure and took excellent care of her! Highly recommend!

There seemed to be some scheduling issues as my appointment was delayed a bit. The receptionist was struggling to manage the situation. The waiting area is very and constrained; every seat was occupied, so a bit uncomfortable. Thankfully most everyone was wearing a mask. Once underway, my procedure went ahead without any problems. The treatment team was polite, efficient and reassuring.

Kidney stone removal & recovery were expertly explained every step of the way. I never thought it would be this easy to do. Kudos to the whole team for their excellent work. I would highly recommend them.

I was surprisingly pleased with the manner of professionalism and all-around knowledge of this group. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation. The compassion care and treatment given is by far the best I have ever witnessed.

As a patient you will be reated with respect and good humor. The staff is professional and knowledgeableabout. As far as I'm concerned, one can't go wrong being cared for at this surgery center.

This office and procedure rooms was very clean and everyone from the receptionist, nurse and doctor were very welcoming and caring. I would highly recommend this office and doctor to anyone who needs this specialized service.

A very professional and well trained staff. They thought of everything. A special shout out to Jamie, she was awesome.

Jennifer at the front desk is a rude and discompassionate person. I took my wife in to get her kidney stone lasered last week, and she was awful! Sadly the doctor was unable to get to the stone, so I had to bring her back today. Jennifer was again very rude and threw me out. She told me to go home I live 45 minutes away in a different town. The doctors and nurses are pleasant, but Jennifer is horrible!

Very quick and professional. Very nice and helpful staff but the waiting room is very small.
