Doctors' Urgent Care Offices

I called at 6:50p to get my son in for a physical. I asked if I needed an insurance card for my son. Receptionist Jasmine was very polite and said yes I’d have to be there by 7:30p for my son to be seen. I got there at 7:25p, did paperwork, and was out before 7:50p. Dr. Was very polite to my son and both receptionist were polite to my other children who were not being seen! I live 30 miles away and definitely will come again if needed. :

Arrived at 7:20pm on 6-19-23, it was not busy at all and I was the only one in the lobby, they denied care! Even though I had perfect and up-to-date insurance. The place originally closes at 8pm. Black lady Doctor this very day and hour did not want to see me. Seemed more concerned on closing and leaving urgent care than helping a patient even though they are still open, 3 people were inside already in the back. Front desk black nurse very unprofessional! Did not come up to the front desk, expected that I may hear her from talking from half the room away. I Needed antibiotic so badly because of bloody eye wound. Doctor Did not want to nor chose not to provide assistance. More concerned about getting out in time. Then stated go to the emergency nearly 10 miles away. This doctor and nurse should be reprimanded for there uncaring resolve not to provide assistance in last minute help. Please Refer to Kettering network this doctor and nurse for reprimand. They were not busy at all. I was the only one in the lobby. When I walked out one of the patients had left behind me. They could have fit me in. And please don't tell me the doctor could not take any more people. In was all in her face to not see any more patients to leave by 8pm. Worst treatment ever for a paying tax payer and with nobody in the lobby. They were more concerned to leave at 8pm when it was 7:20pm. Last time I come here!

Needed an ODOT physical immediately my company dropped the ball, then said "YOU, need to get this done today" The girls got me right in even though I had never been there before, and Dr. Anna was the best, most friendly Dr. I've ever met. Thanks again girls for helping me get this fire put out. I'll be back next year

Came in to get tested for covid for my work, was treated very kindly and everyone working was extremely nice especially with all of my questions. Very good.

I love Anna Miller she is not only an awesome provider but she is an awesome and amazing person all around! She is very caring smart and talented! I came in right at the last minute to be seen at closing time and she wasn't hesitant about seeing me at all even though they were ready to close! She did everything she could to make sure I was well taken care of, to make sure I would get better! She deserves a raise for her extremely hard work ethic and the level of care and dedication that she has for all of her patients! I feel she is the best provider that you guys have had there yet! Thanks so much Anna Miller I appreciate you more than you will ever know!

Was seen for basic seasonal allergy issues that I have been trying to kick for a couple weeks! She went above and beyond to understand my needs as mom being down wasn't really an option. They also saw my 4yr old son and were very patient with him. He has been coughing and miserable for a week but I've tried to let it run its course. They listened to concerns about how frequent the ear infections are and gave a stronger antibiotic to suit. Clean. The staff was caring, well mannered, and efficient. Will definitely be back!

The nurse assistant is the best multitasker I have EVER SEEN @ a urgent care facility she maintained a professional attitude when some walk-in’s came in to be seen and became irritate when they where told of the wait time although my wait time was 2 hours & 36 minutes was just in awe of her professional demeanor she never raised her voice or eyebrows when she was berated KODOS TO URGENT CARE THE ASSISTANT DESERVES A RAISE AND 3 day mini vacation

Everyone was great. They took care of me and addressed all of the health issues I was dealing with. Went to another location in Kettering for the same concerns. I was not pleased with the Kettering location, I was not given any pain medicine for my tooth infection, the mouth wash to kill the bacteria I was told to pay for it over the counter. This location made sure I had the mouthwash, antibiotics and pain medicine. I will visit this location in the future.

Both employees very helpful and both worked 12 hours + that day from opening to close. I was last patient. The Doctor that was suppose to work his or her last day, never came into the office. Had to do Virtual
