Went to this location last week with my girlfriend. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't wear a mask and all I could hear was constant coughing and sniffling while we waited. Pretty sure we know where we got covid from. I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone even though my girlfriend said the doctor was great. The employees don't seem to care about the safety of the clients, or they didn't come to work while being sick.
Never heard about urgent care with appointments. The sign clearly shows urgent care - walk in, but they won’t see you without appointment. So what’s the difference between family doctor office and urgent care or walk in clinic? 09/13/2022 I’m sorry, but call you for what? To put me on the schedule or to explain the situation. Patients want to be seen when they arrive, not the second day, Patient conditions change within minutes. Do you charge as urgent care service too even when requiring appointments?
My boyfriend visited this urgent care earlier this week. The experience was awful they prescribed an out of stock medication that couldn’t be filled at 3 different pharmacies and then refused to prescribe something else to help with his symptoms. They told him they would call him back and never did he had to call them twice. The doctor will still be paid even though no care was provided. Steer clear if you value your health.
Dr. Kacie Humiecki, Taylor, and the whole staff were the most RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL "doctors" I have ever been seen by. I beg whoever is reading this, DO NOT go to this urgent care even if it is the only one open in a 100 mile radius. I truly do not understand how these people are still employed and how they can get away with treating their patients how they treat them. Shame on you all.
What a joke. Booked an appointment online for 30 minutes later to speed up check-in, filled out the paperwork, showed up to find a sign taped to the door “closed for weather.” However, if I had needed my brows waxed or dog groomed next door, they were open. We live in Michigan, it snows. Everyone else can figure it out, but not this medical location specifically for providing care in urgent situations.
Horrible care. Lack of knowledge from the NP. Didn’t even do a clinical exam on my kids. Would NEVER recommend this dump! Office staff was rude. Misdiagnosed and ended up at the peds office next day for through exams and correct treatment. Will not return or refer this place to anyone. Id rather sit at the hospital to get better care.
The person who answered the phone was courteous and helpful. I got an appointment in a reasonable time. My doctor visit was virtual in the parking lot of the office. The doctor was pleasant and lost listen Ed to all my symptoms and sent in a script and I was out of the parking lot in 10 minutes. I would have liked a receipt for my visit. Other than that it was a good experience!
I was lucky that it wasn't busy at all upon arrival. I walked in around noon and was seen in about 10 minutes. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and made sure all my questions were answered. I actually felt more comfortable with her than a regular physician. Turns out that I had a sinus infection. She prescribed an antibiotics and I'm finally feeling better. Overall, this place is great for sinus infections or other similar illnesses. I would have waited at least a good 3 weeks before I could get into my regular doctor. Keep up the great work. Would recommend to family and friends.
Doctor always knows how to help me every time I have came there and the lady at the front desk super nice and good at her job
This was a great experience visiting Doctors Urgent Care. First I was in a lot of pain and was treated with kindness and prompt service. It was one of the most caring situations I’ve been in in quite times. I just want to Thank the nursing staff and doctor that treated me yesterday. Thank you guys so much!!!
