They did dental work not covered by my insurance and i was forced to pay out of pocket.
My first experience began with a consult regarding the extraction of 4 wisdom teeth. I was greeted with a smile and seen promptly at my appointment time. The staff was courteous and Dr.Smith was kind and gave me a very generous amount of information. My second visit was for the extractions. Dr. Smith made sure I was well aware of how the process would go and thoroughly explained how I was to care for my mouth afterward. He made sure I was comfortable and felt absolutely no pain! He made himself available for any questions or concerns in the days following the extractions! I definitely found a dentist I will continue to see for all of my dental needs!
I have been using Dr. Smith since moving back to Hanceville 5 years ago and I am very pleased with the level of dental care I receive. The Hygienist are always very thorough and Dr. Smith is one happy little fellow. I highly recommend this practice to anyone for all of your dental needs. The Doctor and crew are the best.
Once again, I needed your services for a crown on a defective tooth from another dentist. Totally painless and you took great care with me. The crown fit perfectly with the first try. He has been wonderful to me. With two little ones and crappie insurance, I always put myself at the bottom of my priority list. Dr. Smith and his staff have been amazing at helping me get my smile back and forcing my insurance to cover their part. This past year I had two extraction, three root canals, and multiple fillings. All at a cost we could afford. I doubt I would be as pleased, if I had went anywhere else. Dr. Smith has been very kind and always took the time to explain to me my options and cost for any and every treatment. Twice I had to go in as a walk in in pain, and he was quick to see me. Set me up in a few days for root canals and made sure I didn't wait in pain. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Dr. Timothy Smith for everything! ~MaeLee Sears :
I had broken one of my teeth and was in pain. I do not have insurance. They where so amazing. Worked me in, Soooo nice. Had the tooth removed and they talked with me about some options down the road. 100% will go back. The dr kept checking in with me on my pain and made sure i was comfortable. Loved my experience here
The sweetest dentist I have ever been to! My one fears of going to the dentist is seeing one that is mean , hateful and only out for money! Not this one! He was extra kind to me and I needed that..the dental assistant was really sweet also and has a beautiful make ..I wish I could think of it but she knows who she is! The lady behind the desk was aslo very sweet and she joked around with me over the phone..lol.. can't ask for better ppl.. thank you all !!! I recommend Dodge City Dental Care!
This place has the highest quality of medical dentistry staff. I think they have an affiliation with the University of birmingham. It's a very home feeling family atmosphere and I'm amazed by all the state of the art technology.
A really kind and well put together team of professionals. My wife got a missing tooth replaced and I did a cleaning. It appears the work Dr. Smith did on her tooth was well done, that implant is holding snug and now we can do the Frenchie!
First visit today and it was great! I mean they pulled a tooth so that wasn't necessarily a pleasant experience but Dr Smith was great and the dental assistant was assistant was awesome!
