My farmers agent, Don Dodson in Sandy, Utah, was absolutely amazing to work with and he treated us like family, rather than just customers. He did everything he could to make us feel better with the totaling of our vehicle. I honestly would not know what to do if it wasn't for him and the wonderful people at farmers insurance. I have already recommended them to all of my friends and family. I would not go to another insurance company even if they had lower rates because I strongly value customer service and support and was very pleased with how farmers helped my family during this tough time. I have had my home insurance with the Don Dodson Farmers Insurance for nearly two years. I recently added my auto insurance. I found that the combined home and auto insurance rates from Farmers to be quite competitive. And I appreciate dealing with Don, who is personable, helpful and easily available to contact on the phone to answer my many questions and concerns on different policy options now and in the future.
Although I think Don and I have only ever spoken once over the phone, I still remember his kind and reassuring tone when we were trying to move into our first apartment. We liked him so much that we transfered his services after we moved from those apartments. I would recommend to everyone!
For over 6 years, Don Dodson served as my agent through Farmers. When I got in a car accident years ago I had to call roadside assistance for help Farmers roadside assistance was fast and responsive. Don contacted me later and asked if everything was okay even though I had not contacted him. To have an agent that cares about my safety and goes above and beyond providing more than just insurance coverage, I felt safe no matter where I was driving to. Thanks Don for all the years of services that you have provided for me.
Wicked awesome, always gets back to me with any questions or concerns I have with my policy and also works with ya on payments...however I haven't had to make a claim yet and as with any insurance company, that is the true test. Hopefully if I have to it will be the same great service i have received so far.
