Just had my first ever meal here, and it was fantastic!! I ordered my French fries  extra crispy and they came out perfect !! Burger was juicy with tons of beef flavor, and the pièce de ré·sis·tance was the house made root beer ... very good meal and price   I live in Grand Rapids but would definitely make the drive again to eat here...

This is a fun place to pull in and park.  It’s a tad pricey but a throwback experience.  The service was great and my food was served nice and hot.  I love their special brand of root-beer too!

I wish I could give it a better rating but as others have mentioned customer service seems to be a concept they are not very familiar with. Food is decent, wait wasn't too bad, but staff is far from friendly and welcoming. Shame as it makes it hard to go back.

Great coneys, love the fries, but their kid's chicken nuggets are inedible. Change suppliers on those, guys, they're truly terrible. Great old school vibe, fun place.

I'll start off with mentioning that I love this style of restaurant and hope they will always be around. That having been said, it's hard to recommend this place solely based on the quality of food vs price. The staff is friendly and quick, I want to be clear on that as well. The pricing is on the higher end, expect to spend $15-$20 per person if you get a sandwich, side, and drink. The food is never fresh, almost universally flavorless, and often overcooked. To make it worse, the portions are lacking. If I remember correctly, onion rings are $3 and you get 7. All of which are burned and smaller than a 50 cent piece. I would love for this place to turn things around because drive in diners are so cool and the location is prime being by the cinema. Unfortunately they charge prices as if they were IN the theater and the quality is that of a place that has already given up.

Drive up and order off the menu board via a speaker. Fast service, food was brought out to us quick. Had Coney dogs, sauce was on the sweet side. Had a regular hot dog. Hot dogs tasted fine and the buns were warm and soft. That's a Big Plus in my book, buns have to be warm and soft.  Fries were solid, crinkle cut and hot. Root beer tasted great. Would return.

A Blast from the past that still exists today. Very tasty burgers. Excellent onion rings. Dog n Suds root beer is still the creamiest tasting.  Great staff and service. Business was well patronized when I visited. I plan on stopping in again soon.

Went about 12:30pm, inside diner wasn't open. Fine. We'll eat outside. No problem. Proceeded to order, but wanted to eat at the picnic tables. Employee gave us a warning, two minute speech how it was busy and would only bring food to the car fine and didn't have time to look for us at the 6 picnic tables they had. Again, fine, we never asked him to bring it anywhere but to our car.  It was also super sunny out so we began to slightly move 10-15 feet under a shade tree...again got a rude warning speech about moving the tables.  There were 16 of us, 2 considered elderly...they acted like we were criminals. We are not loud, we are polite, we pick up our trash, etc.  The straw that broke the camels back....THE BATHROOMS WERE NOT OPEN!?!?!  My 70yo dad had to walk to the gas station to use a bathroom.  I can't even comment on the food since the service was the WORST and RUDEST I've ever experienced. Hideous.  Will never, ever go back and these folks need to reconsider their line of work because customer service is NOT their gift.

Servers are friendly, food fast, hot. The pork bbq, pretty good, the fish perch not so much.... skip it. I couldn't eat it. Gave to my iron stomach husband, but he agreed frozen fish sticks would have tasted better. And the oil it's fried in could probably use a changing as well. Just plain yuck.

First time here, loved it, reminds me of the place back home but much better. Fast service,  food was delicious,  rootbeer is excellent.  All the girls were friendly and nice. You can sit in car and eat or they have tables outside to eat it. Your furry friends are allowed big or small. You order from a box and you pay when food is delivered... definitely will be back. Great experience!
