The store is called DOGPerfect but I only buy supplies for my kitty. I get great healthy cat food, litter, and some CBD treats for my baby. I also got her a little toy banana that she absolutely loves!
Absolutely love stopping by Dog Perfect when I have appointments in the area! Love all the treats and toys and the friendly staff that helps and greets you! Lexi is a absolute delight to talk to when we come into the store! Super excited to hear she’s been promoted to a bather she loves animals and you can tell it’s her passion! Can’t wait to bring my 3 pups into see her and the other groomers!
Very friendly staff. Great products. I can order Amazon but I prefer keeping the local stores open. And the staff is so nice and my dog enjoys going in there too. ‍
I brought my poodle pup for a self-service doggy wash. The website says they have all the supplies needed, including brushes and combs. The employees at the counter failed to tell me before I paid that there was not any grooming supplies, so I had to leave with my puppy half wet. Poodle coats can’t be finished without the proper grooming supplies. Waste of my time and money. I won’t be returning. The usual place I go to has nicer towels, a basket of shampoo and conditioner based on coat needs, a variety of grooming tools including high end ones like Chris Christensen, and snoods to cover the dogs’ ears.
Would highly recommend this place for your fur babies! Lexi took great care of my dog Kodi when he was there for a bath and nail trim. She was so great with him and he left there so happy! Come here when you need your fur baby taken care of!!
Updated : took Maggie in for a nail grind and was charged $25! A little ridiculous! Although the nail tech did an amazing job, very experienced! I tipped them both well. This has everything your dog could need! Toys food beds groomer and self dog wash setup! Sign up for free pet perks and your dog gets a free toy every birthday!
UPDATE: owners called to check on my dog and they have been amazing ever since! Thank you! I have really loved this store since we moved here. We have 2 dogs and a cat so we are there fairly frequently and the employees are always an absolute joy and it’s just a great experience being in there. A couple weeks ago however a woman named Dana answered the phone. When I told her my husband had accidental picked up the grain free version of our dogs regular food and my pup was sick she felt it was a good opportunity to tell me that grain free is better for dogs but if I still want to switch I can. I let her know the comment was uncalled for as my dog was sick on the food she’s saying is better. Instead of apologizing she stated her expertise in pet nutrition. If the food we were buying was bad which it’s not and there’s no solid studies suggesting grain free is better than grain inclusive then why are you selling grain inclusive brands? Probably because different dogs have different medical and dietary needs. It’s unsafe to make these recommendations without knowing the dogs medical history. And absolutely not the time when we are stating our dog having bloody stool. Dana’s attitude was horrible on the phone and then again in store. She’s the exact opposite of everyone else working there. I’m not sure if she will be there regularly but it will definitely make us look elsewhere for our pet products if so.
First and last time! Worst experience. Floor assistants are pleasant but need some training on customer service. Our grooming appointment was cancelled due to staff member being ill. So we came in to get a nail trim which to my understanding was a scheduled appointment for our baby girl. No one explained to us that we have to be in line when we thought we had an appointment. 2 people went in front of us and just like that we lost 30 minutes. Then the nail Tech is nice but has no experience. Not sure what kind of certification if any. We browse the store for almost an hour and did not buy anything. Unhappy customer.
Absolutely the cutest and best organized pet store I have ever seen! They have ANYTHING you need right on the shelf. If you are a dog owner you must stop in and see for yourself. You can wash your dog yourself or Dayana the groomer. Bernice and Corrin are also very helpful and Megan can answer any questions you may have. My favorite it the doggie donuts
First time in the store today. Brought my dog Levi for a nail trim. Jackie took great care of my dog and even took care of his paw pads for him to prevent him from sliding. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to really care. Will definitely be back to see her.
