Nakiesha is fantastic! We spoke about upgrading my storage space, and she took me to see what was available. She showed me the perfect space right off. She had been cleaning the facilities and everything smelled and looked clean and fresh. I have been at Extra Space for several years and it’s always clean with no mustiness or bugs thanks to Nekiesha keeping on top of EVERYTHING.
Nakiesha turned around a horrible experience at another Extra Space facility and made my day. Unlike the other facility, she explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She was very knowledgeable and her facility was clean and fresh smelling. She gave me great peace of mind to store my things at her facility.
Nakiesha is amazing! She was so helpful with fixing an error in my rate and then got me a credit for the incorrect amount I paid. Glad there is a helpful employee there!

Tasha was the wonderfully nice lady who helped us rent our storage facility. She explained everything 100% thoroughly, and very matter of fact, which I greatly thank her for. My boyfriend and I were not planning on getting a storage facility that day in any way shape or form, but turns out life throws a wrench into your gears when you least expect it. She was very kind, polite and very upfront down to earth about the pricing. She recommended me and my boyfriend the best bang for our buck, even though one deal sounded better than the other. Your Dogwood Lane facility in Acworth, GA is very clean, everything seemed very well maintained, and I feel quite comfortable keeping mine and my boyfriend's possessions in your care.

Patiently explaining everything about our storage units, how to enter, use the locks, codes, etc. … The grounds & units are immaculate, inside and out… We are very impressed with Extra Space Storage and with Nakiesha! Jeff was the greatest yesterday. I meant to do this then but I got busy. OMG he kept it 100 with us. He made the process so simple. And to find out he’s in training was the icing on the cake. True professional. Hopefully I see him every time I go to the unit
Nakisha, Has always been a good person to speak with. She’s always been so helpful. If she didn’t know the answer, she really worked hard to find the answer for me. She is a great customer service representative never once have a witness an attitude from her that makes the customer feel great.
Tasha was very friendly and helpful setting us up with a storage unit that met our needs. She answered all of our questions and made the experience pleasant!
