This was my first time here and got the ultimate package that they offer. I was paired with Elysia today and was blown away by her customer service, experience and skills on how to fully relax during the whole appointment. It felt like a resort spa, and truly taken care of throughout the entire experience. From the moment I walked through the door, and when I left, I was appreciated for coming to the business. All the ladies that worked that day were incredibly nice and professional. I will be soon recommending my friends and family to go there and request Elysia!
The prices is way to low compared to other Facilities and very affordable. Everyone is very Professional, kind,respectful etc. The frontdesk people are very kind, informative, Calm and even the Doctor. Me and my Wife loved the time that we were in the facility. I loved the way they talked to us and gave us information about what we need to know about our cases. And I would definitely recommend this facility if someone I know needs stuff to get done.
I had the most wonderful massage from Alicia yesterday! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and talented. The hot stone massage melted away my stress and I’ve been in a state of bliss ever since! The spa is beautiful and the environment was serene. The only downside is that they don’t really have “spa” amenities to use before or after treatments. It would be nice if there were steam rooms, hot tubs or saunas that could be accessed to enjoy a real spa day.

Absolutely fabulous day!!! I got a couples package for a bath, massage and ionic foot bath, and it was lovely. We had a great time, got to relax, and our massage therapists were really nice. I would totally recommend this spa for a full, walk around in a robe and drink champagne vibe. Thank you!!
I brought my Fiancée here for a last minute weekend getaway as we are from Fresno and I had plans for couples massages in Reno, however due to the weather, we were forced to make last minute changes. I found Dolce Vita day spa online and read some of the reviews and this place was exactly what I was looking for. I called and booked an appointment for Saturday and we showed up and we were immediately impressed with the ambience and the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was very pleasant and led us to the locker room so we could change. They offered us free champagne and snacks while we waited for our massages. We did the couples tub soak and massage and it was hands-down one of the best experiences we have ever had. The tub soak was very pleasant and the Jets were very soothing. The free mimosas complemented the experience very well. After we both had a massage and it was definitely one of the best massages I have ever had. I am usually very tense in the shoulders due to my line of work, and the masseuse paid close attention to the spots that needed a little extra muscle. They were very professional, and the entire experience was phenomenal. We had no hidden costs as others have mentioned in the other reviews. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a clean and luxurious day spa. We will definitely be back when we come to visit the area again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
My experience was wonderful. I had massage with Vita and she listened to all my consents and massage all my tension zones. Water with lemon and cucumber and mimosa in relaxation room was a great addition to the experience. Very relaxing and peaceful.
We had a couples massage that was excellent. Very well done & professional. The "hydro therapy" is just a jetted tub with mineral salts, but it was a good precursor to the massage. Staff were friendly and attentive. The pricing is fairly steep though.
Teresa is wonderful. I've had two facials with her. They've both been great. I had a massage with Ari also. It was one of the best massage I've had. She was committed with intention in the way she massages. Loved both of my services. Thank you
