Total lack of professionalism, no customer service abilities to help you with your issues. No knowledge of their own system and on and on and on. Definitely not coming back there for ANY service.

Worst customer service ever.  The agents who answer the1-800 number are even worse, and only speak Spanish. There are many other companies that you can use to send money. I suggest any other company.

I have been shipping here for many years and the truth is I have not had any problems. So I recommend them 100%.

The morning traffic is faster than these people who work there.
