The key to getting people in the door is unlocking them when your supposed to be open.
The staff was friendly until I came up with my purchase which was on sale but it had a dollar coupon on it. I was told I could not mix coupons, I told the clerk that this was on the product and I didn't bring the coupon in. The clerk had to take it to the manager and he had to examine the coupon like I brought it in and apologize for it saying if it was expired he would have to put it in a different way and he finally accepted the coupon and everything was fine. I work in retail and we must accept coupons that are on the product.
Such a clean, friendly store! The associates are very professional and helpful! Great place to pick up things in a hurry or do some shopping! If you need something to donate for church or a local school, I bet they have it here! Your receipt has a 5.00 coupon as well! At least mine just did! Win, win!
Fast and friendly always willing to show you where items are. Willing to look in back if item is not on shelf.
Kind of cramped and dirty and the AC has not been working properly for months. The staff is great but not enough of them to get the stocking and cleaning completed and still check out customers. Good values on some items.
The people are friendly. The store is clean. They go out of their way to help and I have developed a very nice relationship with most everyone at this store. The Dollar Store on Murrell Rd Rockledge is a great place to shop. Sincerely Charles Crumbly.
This is a fairly new store. This chain is popping up all over Central Brevard. Also in GA. The isles are kinda crowded. There are enough workers & the cashier was friendly, & gracious to my disabled friend. It just needs a little better organization & tidying up.
Always nice people working...
I love the staff here... they treat you like family! And the prices are unbeatable. It could be a little cleaner, that's the only reason I am not giving 5 stars.
