Hello Pagosa, if you haven't already checked out the newly redesigned Dollar General go check it out and shop today. It's amazing! I'm in there a lot can't beat there pricing. The Manager and staff have worked real hard to bring you a newly designed fresh clean and happy shopping experience. I love all there staff. : Great job team Dollar General!
This store is not the neatest or well stocked DG I've been in, but it has most of the necessities you might need. What this store does have is a very good and nice person checking you out. Harrison is very personable and happy as he greets each customer and makes happy conversations. The world needs more people like Harrison!
I would have to say that I have had a great time shopping at this location the customer service has been great the manager and staff are very helpful and great they have very great customer support and are very helpful to all needs I have experienced nothing but happy shopping time I travel 45 minutes to shop at this certain area because of there great customer appreciation I recommend this particular site for anyone thanks for all your help GREATLY APPRECIATED M.MONTOYA
Clean, friendly service, fast in and out decent selection of well stocked products best place if you’re passing through for snacks and a few essentials
Nothing special as far as Dollar General's go, shelves are always half stocked or at least two shelves empty at any time, usually waiting for a checkout the employees are always off doing something else and if shelves aren't stocked properly.... What are they doing? Mind you, this was BEFORE the pandemic hit. I only shop here as a last resort.
For Drivers. The staff are always friendly to me. This parking lot is an easy one. Flat and wide. Simply sight side back in and it's off the main road.
Me and my son stopped in at 7:59 in dire need of some tums, My son was not feeling great ,granted I understand that they close at 8 I pleaded with the woman to please let me buy some real quick but she stated her draw was closed out because her clock said 8:04 and was already walking out
Amber, the store manager, has always been helpful and has great customer service skills. With great prices and great service shopping at the Pagosa Springs Dollar General is something that I will continue to do.
The store was very clean and orderly when it was first built. Last time I went in it was a mess with boxes laying everywhere. The staff are a little sketchy sometimes but it is not a terrible place to shop.
I commend Alyssa and Miranda in Pagosa Springs! They were very helpful! I love that you stock Ozarka in this store!!!
