Shelves were mostly empty, the store was a mess, empty boxes everywhere, hard to move because if all the clutter. Then when I brought my item to the register, it rang up for the wrong price. The cashier was rude and only comment was "that's what rang up" - twice. When I told her that I no longer wanted it because I did not want to pay 33% more than it should have been, she grunted and walked away.
The place is much better since they got a new manager and he’s actually been there a while so that’s a good sign... they’re typical well stocked and organized and they have some really nice cashiers now also
It's a quick fix, you go in they have some of everything. There is now refrigerator food. They normally have one sale or another going on. I really like this store, the ladies that work there are always nice, & friendly and will go out there way to help.
Better than most I have been to. Was in the area so I stopped in for a thing or two. Normally have everything for your quick list of house supplies. Stocking carts kinda in the way.
Its closes early all the time or doesn't open at all. One of the worse run retailers I've ever been to. If you have no one to work then the District Manager should be in there working. I'd assume they're salary.
I love shopping at these stores.But I don't want this to sound mean.But your store is the worse one.The check out lis terrible. You can stand in line forever at one register open,meanwhile you have workers just glaring at you at not opening another register.There is a Dollar general in Beecher, Manteno.That does make there customers first..And "really " I could drive there and get checked out while the same customers are standing in line at your store.Hopefully this review will make your store a better place.
They had a lot of things I went to purchase but missing the main things I needed. The cashier was nice but the worker on the floor was on a headset talking and wasn't helpful outside of pointing me in the area.
Store is a completely unorganized and looks as if it's never been cleaned. They haven't been properly staffed in probably four or five months resulting in the store closing extremely early.
Store is very messy, no way can two people walk down an aisle because of all the carts loaded with boxes. This has to be a fire hazard, maybe the firemen should do a check. Products that are listed on sale, well good luck in finding them when the sale is a Thurs-Sat. one. Most of the employees are friendly. At certain times of the day the check out lines can be long and only one person checking out.
I want to like this store, the employees seem like they try, BUT, the store is always a disaster. Idk if it's heavily shopped and they can't stock fast enough or what, but it's always in a state of disarray.
