Ladies always friendly. Always helpful. Bonnie goes above and beyond . 8/17/23 new lady there flippant attitude, not helpful at all.
I would give the Geneseo location a zero if I could. Every time I visit there is no one at the checkout and I have to wait forever. They never apologize, just stare at you like they've never seen a customer before. Customer service is dead here. Extremely sad.
I love to go to dollar general because they have almost everything a person needs. I don't have a lot of strength in my arms and walk with a cane. The manager and workers help me when I ask, they help me get the heavier things off the shelves. If i ask they will pack my bags so their not to heavy.that I'll be able to carry in my apt. They will carryout for me if I have large or heavy products. I shop at the Geneseo, Colona Stores. I am very satisfied
It has a variety of choices including bottled Coke. They have new pops to try that just came out. Good variety of flavored Ramen noodles.
Decent Dollar General for a small town. Staff were very friendly. Mostly good prices, as is expected at Dollar General. Also very well-stocked, which is something that is sometimes lacking at other Dollar General locations.
Convenient location and friendly staff. They were able to help me find what I needed. Was a bit messy, but that's not unexpected and it seemed like they were moving inventory around for spring.
The store was very messy- carts, boxes everywhere. Very difficult to navigate down the narrow aisles. Cashier was not very friendly. Once again an item with coupon on it - still had coupon on it when I got home. GRRRR
The manager is funny and very nice. The store could be a bit more clean though.
Always seem to have great stuff. I get my cleaning supplies from here. Also cool seasonal crafty stuff.
Cheap, good deals, store is always a disaster zone. Can't walk through aisles, have to wait for cashiers.
