Standard dollar store some food decent checkout parking lot and selection
Really good for people who don't want to spend alot of money.
The staff is very nice and it is convenient and it has great hours. The staff is marvellous .Especially Scott he always has a smile and can brighten anyone's day. I feel so welcomed and appreciated. Thanks to the staff.
The staff are really nice, but the store was disorganized and messy compared to other Dollar General's I have been to.
When I entered the store there was a large sign on the door that stated I must wear a mask. To my amazement my cashier do not have and let several people enter the store without one. Another corporation that put the dollar before public safety.
There are two Dollar General stores near Massanutten. The one over by the Thunderbird Cafe in McGaheysville is the best one to go to. But if you're already in Elkton for the Food Lion or liquor store, you may as well come here. Friendly staff. A bit messy.
Very friendly and helpful cashiers...low prices on everyday necessities are very competitive... complete with frozen food and refrigerated selections!

Excellent place to spend less money... Needs better stock level and more dedicated personnel! Maybe salary commensurate with output would be helpful.
It been beter if store was better kept and had products on shelfs.
