This store is “always” horribly in shambles, trashy. Numerous Isle ways full of stock laying on the floor, you can’t get your cart down the isle, shelves half stocked, items in the wrong areas, items pushed and smashed into the shelves, things laying everywhere. It is like this every time I go in the store which is not a lot. Unprofessional and not customer friendly. I’m very surprised the Health Department, AG’s Consumer Division Office and/or OSHA have not been contacted to investigate this store, it’s appearance and the liability it poses due to items laying everywhere on the floor, off the shelves creating a serious injury potential for not only customers but employees as well.
Just pulled up at 5:15pm and again it’s closed at 5! Closing everyday at 5 sucks for customers who are just getting off work. Just close this location already! No staff store always a mess!!! The manager is nice but she can’t keep help! So corporate need to step in and raise pay or SHUT IT DOWN!
Impossible to push a cart through this store. It's been a mess ever since they moved. Totally hate it.
Cashiers … Very unprofessional & I know they have new people every week! But honestly it’s ridiculous! And I would advise Everyone check the return policy & expiration dates.
Won't fill online ordered balloons even with purchase of in-store balloons for birthdays
This place was shocking. Filthy, I mean absolutely disgusting. It felt more like a salvation army. Not a single isle was neat and organized, you just had to walk the whole store and see what was available in every section because it hadn't been organized back to standard in....I'm guess months?
staff was wonderful and kind and masked up which is why i am giving a 4 start but the amount of customers not wearing masks really freaked me out. i had to keep dodging unmasked couples and groups of people in families or asking people to wait until i was done to come into my physical space to shop for themselves. i wish the store could be more strict with the mask requirements that the city has mandated
The store was very dirty, it looked like the floors had not been swept or cleaned in a very long time. Every aisle had boxes and clutter down them. I took my elderly mother who walks with a walker into the store and she could hardly get down the aisle with how much stuff was cluttering them. The condition of the store was very unsafe for her and other customers who have a hard time getting around!!!!
I wouldn't give even 1 star but Google made me in order to give this review. Cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE and SNATCHY! I paid for my first order just fine other than, she had a slight attitude. The second order, I put everything up on the counter and set 1 item to the side to b last so that I could see my total before ringing up the last item that I wanted and even said "this is last so I can see total 1st" and instead she SNATCHED UP the item and tried to scan it! I told her "I need it to b last" and the attitude got WORSE! I SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN TREATED THIS WAY! I will from now on drive out of my way to go to Family Dollar instead.
10/10 costumer service. This location has a great set of people. I just loved it here!
