Decent Dollar General, typical to other locations, maybe a bit smaller. Pleasant experience nonetheless, and a nice selection of merchandise. The store was pretty clean and organized and everybody seemed to be wearing masks.
The best organized and maintained store of its kind that I've ever been in. Actually has a self-run checkout machine that works. Very clean and quickly "refreshed" after people tear through the merchandise. Helpful staff...necessary in a place where there is such a variety of stuff. Prices are often excellent.
I can usually find what I need and it's not expensive. They're getting ready to remodel, so the store is getting pretty empty. They have great sales going on preparing for the remodel. I can't wait to see what it looks like after the remodel. Hopefully they'll change the layout of the store and maybe it won't be so cluttered and I'll be able to shop quicker and more efficiently.
Great store with a variety of all things as a grocery store! Prices reasonable and it is very convenient! Cashier needs to improve her people skills as she seems to have a little attitude everytime. Other than that for a quick stop this is the place to go!
Was a dump under old manager, but new manager Steven has turned the store around and made it a pleasant place to shop. The assistant managers Suzie & Joe are always working hard but will stop what they are doing to assist customers and help find whatever you need. Great prices and the employees are extremely friendly.
Remodel is nice but store is always a mess. Pallets always in middle of isle and shelves are always low on stock! New management is AWFUL!!! The manager is the most unfriendly person and she always acts like she cannot be bothered and looks like a person who hates to be there!!!!! She is always nasty with everyone!
It was a great experience. I've never shopped there but decided to check it out. My surprise they had cleaning supplies and TP. Just what I needed. People were awesome. Stocking shelves. Happy and positive
The store is clean, neat and we'll lit. But it's got nothing but junk right now. I was hoping they would have seeds on clearance as they've done in the past. But nothing, nada, zilch...not a seed to be found in the store. Then I inquired about plumbers tape, again, nothing. The associate didn't even know what it was. So I walked out empty-handed.
Came into the Store at 5:30 this evening. Waited in line for 15 mins to be checked out. I’m pregnant and standing there for that long holding my 3 items was very frustrating . I saw no reasons to grab a basket because I only had 3 items and figured it would be a quick checkout. The cashiers name was Debbie and she was very rude. There was another gentleman who was just stocking shelves he could of came up and helped clear the line. However she she ignored the fact that she had a very long line. She showed horrible customer service and was very rude about the situation.
I visit this Dollar General frequently and have noticed a sudden decline. Managers seem to come and go at this location. The employees I do see are trying to do the best they can with the little resources they are given. To place one person at the register and one person to do the stocking on his or her own is ludicrous, to me. The place is messy, unorganized and seriously needs a big clean up job. I don't want to harp on that too much, but I feel like one of the franchise representatives needs to visit! No store should look this. Many times the customer service is pretty bad, but one woman with blonde hair who stocks the shelves is a hard worker and she could really use some help
