I was in there today and the place was a mess.Lots of empty shelves clutter,Isels blocked.This is unacceptable.This is not the only time I've seen it like this.My concern is this store is a go to place for the elderly at Ridgewood towers.A lot of them don't walk very well and also are in wheel chairs.No way they would be able to get around the store with that mess
One of the best looking Dollar General stores in the whole Quad Cities!!! Staff is so friendly and nice along with being very friendly! Store is in excellent condition and very clean plus really organized compared to all the other DGs in the area!!! So very impressed!!! Whoever is running this store knows what they are doing and are very proud to be running and it shows in their employees!!! So easy to find stuff and the shelves are not disorganized like others!!! Come to this location whenever I am close to it!!!
They offer a lot of daily necessities at this store at a very affordable price. I recommend this store if you need anything for the house. Or if you're looking for small gifts to give during the holidays, they offer a large variety of things for the entire family. They also have digital coupons which discount anything you purchase automatically. You do need to visit their website to sign up, but i bet you can save a lot of money using their digital coupons.
Their sales are fantastic. Today I bought 18 solar light stakes @ 50 cents a piece. Their quality isn't always the best; however, if you've been waiting summer flower pots, solar and other outdoor decorations, now is the time to buy!
Most workers are rude and you ALWAYS have to find a cashier to check out. Had to go all the way to the back one time to just see the two of them chatting it up and continued for a few minutes even after I VERY NICELY asked if they could find someone for checkout since there were 3 of us waiting approximately 4-5 min before I went back I'm not too sure about the other locations but Silvis and East Moline are terrible
The cashier was nice but the service was terrible. there was atleadt 15 people stanfing in line to checkout with 1 register open and the other employee went outside knowing there was s long line of people. Also i got diapers that were on sale for 11.95 instead of 16 and i told her and all she said was people move stuff on the shelf so thats probably why but it clearly said on salr in the entire diaper section. I was a little irritated.
Decent selection and pretty good prices although not always less expensive than competitors. Items kept nice and neat. Stores are bright and relatively clean. Employees pretty decent and willing to help you.
Bought two sets of lights and thought they were on sale because sign in front of them said 50%off but was told that they weren't just other lighting stuff. Plus would it hurt to smile when waiting on customers.
Friendly staff. I've visited 3 stores in the last two days looking for the new limited M&Ms two of the locations were sold out the third location had soooooo much stock to be placed on the shelf you couldn't hardly walk down the isles... Not sure if the stores are always like this but not very inviting. Clean up your act or need more staff... there is a problem..
First... You cannot walk through this place. There is so much stuff everywhere it has to be a fire hazard. You cannot find anything, its messy, distracting and there is never anyone that can help you because there's ONE employee working the cash register which means a 20 min wait just to check out. Its always like this. Hire people to straighten up at least, someone is going to end up hurt.
