While the staff is very friendly, the aisles are ALWAYS so badly blocked that I often need to walk across the store to go around. There hasn't been any helium balloons for a while as I gues their tank has been out. I don't understand why they can't manage this store better. Maybe they need to be taught how. I hope that upper management reads this and sends help to this store. It's so frustrating because there aren't very many options to shop in the area. Larger towns are a distance drive.
Always well stocked, never a long wait to pay, friendly staff and great prices on stock!!! Holiday
All I can say is this store is horrible!!! Dirty, nothing that is delivered is ever unloaded, sits in boxes for days in aisles, and storeroom!!! Hate to go in for anything!!! Poorly managed!!! If staff would stock instead of smoke it might be better!!!
The jeffersonville store is literally the cleanest, most organized store i have ever been to. The shelves are always stocked and you are never climbing over crates and boxes to get to anything. I love this place.
This place falls between a dollar store and supermarket. You can get great deals on name brands P&G, paper products, beauty aids. We got 2 folding camp chairs for $15. We come here before we go to the supermarket for staples.
I go to the Dollar General in Jeffersonville, NY and 95% of the time the items im going there to buy are not in stock . The DG brand of cat food and litter are never in stock .. The store isles are always cluttered with boxes of inventory to stock or left in boxes to sell. I don't think the employees are very helpful or friendly, checking out always seems like the worst part of shopping. There is always a long with one register open and the cashiers don't seem to even notice customers on check out. I have been to many DG and this has very poor management running the store. If this was not a small town with limited stores I would definitely be going someplace else. Very frustrating to shop there when I go to get my cat supplies and they aren't ever in stock so im forced to buy more expensive brands or scoot up the road to pecks market.
I was greeted when I came in. They were putting merchandise away but the store was clean and neat otherwise. I found everything I wanted,. Checked out with a pleasant cashier and was thanked for shopping there.
The store all DGs are to crowded. I cannot get my grand daughter's wheelchair down the aisles. There is way to much product stacked in the pathways. Also there is way to many u-boats in the way. You aren't able to sell items if you can't get down the aisles to examine products. This is ridiculous.
No matter where you go, there they are ready to serve you.
Best DG in Sullivan County!!! White Sulphur Spring's store is always clean, stocked and has a friendly atmosphere!
