I pulled up 5 minutes before closing. While a couple standing 30 feet from the door. The man says to me. They closed. Really? I ask if he works there. He replied the woman Standing next to him is the Supervisor! …. I see why the store is going out of business. Trying to KEEP the money in the community, ONLY for the store to close early; while employees stand outside smoking cigarettes. Good luck maintaining employment.
Wow, this place is ghetto. There were 2 ppl waiting at the cash register when i got in line, but the girl behind cash register was eating chips and yelling for somebody to come because she was on break. When a guy came to check us out he turned on Beyonce's song "Apesh*t"?
Dollar General stores are definitely a service to the community with their low prices and digital coupons are beyond helpful! I find almost everything I need when I go to this location but I 'd rather drive out of my way to go to any other location because most of the employees are not friendly, talking on their phones, playing inappropriate music, the store is a mess and even reeked of marijuana. Not someone walking in there smelling like it, it was so strong like someone was literally smoking in the back. They don't open on time having people waiting in the parking lot and several times closed super early.
Was reading information about a product when I was approached by a rude worker. She told me I couldn't stand there and look at the product she said "you just gotta grab your stuff and go cuz of covid." Yet she was standing 2 ft. Away and not wearing her mask properly. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.
Great experience at this location. The Manager Rechelle was awesome. She made sure I found every thing I needed. She walked me to the items I needed help finding. Rechelle didn't just point her finger and say "two aisle down to the right". She also went in the storage room to get an item that hadn't yet been restocked. I will always go back. The best customer service EVER Thanks Rechelle!
Store is ALWAYS CLOSED FOR BUSINESS. According to their website, the hours of operation closes at 9pm, When you expect to go to a convenient store near you to get some milk and find out at 7:19pm their closed, makes you wonder..
The only thing I really buy is the glass cleaner works great it has vinegar in it no streaks I'm a delivery driver tons of bugs on my windshield it takes them right off I keep a bottle in my truck and at home love it looks like there is only water in the bottle works like a charm.
They have everything there and the employees are so nice and considerate
I like the store but the new employee there tall linky guy with glasses has a nasty attitude he was not helpful and he had an horrible attitude when i asked him for his help on how much a product cost. If it wasn't for him i would give it 4 stars but hes a part of the store so im giving it 1
Store is nice but 8 or 9 people in line to check out and apparently the guy at the register was the only employee at the store, it was an excessively long wait!
