This store is always closed early it’s no way this location is closed at 5 pm everyday
8:45 am she locking the door because they new inventory pulled in but it’s two employees and she literally not doing anything. Rushed me the whole time im shopping so she could lock the door and no more of NOTHING
I just love Dollar General all these things for a dollar come on go get you some you know you want to it's only a dollar at Dollar General Unless it's more
The people are nice but they lack organization and leadership. They close whenever. Business hours are posted but you would see a handwritten sign stating that they’re closing two or three hours earlier than the posted hours. The store is gross inside. The prices are always higher at the register then what’s posted under the item on the shelves. The employees tell you that they’re not responsible for changing the prices when the price changes. I threatened to call corporate, then the employees begged and said please do! Lol. Just close throw the entire store away! Update: This store has really made a change for the better. They have now remodeled the store. Items are fully stocked and they try to keep the store clean. I changed my star from a 1 to a 4.
I needed to pay with cash and put the rest on my debit card. The woman at the register told me she didn’t know how to do that. I asked her to hold the items I’d be right back. I remembered I had my check book from another account in the car. Truly thought this will be the solution until she looks me in the face irritated because… you got it, she also doesn’t know how to do a transaction using a check. I asked is the manager or someone else here that can walk you through taking a check at register? Big surprise SHE IS THE MANAGER!!! Dollar General corporate needs to be ashamed for such lousy training. Family Dollar will be my go to now. Excellent service and trained staff.
Manager Loius has a bad disposition. I will never work for that dollar tree ever. The employees however that work frieght do an awesome job to keep the store looking great!!. The store needs a friendly, more compassionate person to be head manager. Thats why they have a big turnover.
I was told a few months before I moved back home the store was robbed. I understood the need to close . However, the store has no set hours. They open when they feel like it close by 3 and 4 pm and randomly in the middle. I went to grab charcoal this summer and the doors were locked at 12:45. They let me in but asked me to make it quick because they needed to close the store.There have been numerous occasions I've come home after work between 2:30 and 4:30 and the store is closed. Many other neighbors agree their inconsistency is exhausting. When they are open the store is dirty and the shelves aren't stocked.Today was the last straw. I took my little sister to school and decided to grab some detergent. I got there at 8:00 - 8:01 am and the doors were locked. A woman comes to the door and looks at her watch. She says "We open at 8." Mind you, it is 8. I said "8?" She said yes 8. I got in my car and my phone read 8:02. I'm not waiting on a dollar store chain to decide when they want my money. I am paying for a service. Someone please take this store out of it's misery.
That store was horrible at 1 point! I was asked to work there and choose not too because it was so disorganized it seemed it would be overwhelming. It has came along way so the employees that work there now great job keep up the hard work!!
Who owns this horrible store? I'm guessing someone with the same work ethic as the AWFUL employees they hire. Several times I have been there and the doors are locked, lights on, during the hours of operation. And literally just now, I was there with two other customers and we couldn't find the cashier. Whole store open, and no employees to be found. Then when she did pop up out of nowhere she had an attitude with us for being concerned about there not being an employee, we were about to call the police because we didnt know what happened. Something is up at that store, stay away. The owners should be embarrassed!!!!!
Went into this place yesterday bought some items and had to go back into to return some ginger i did not need. The store manager was real rude. She acted liked she did not want to return my money back. So what she did when i returned the ginger ale she threw them in the garbage can how stupid can that store manger be.
