I dont know what happened to this DT but the chaos in here is not even worth coming into this location. Seems this is happening to ALL the Katy DT.. The fry rd DT. The Mason rd DT. Now the Katy Mills location DT.. This is just 3 pics I could take before I walked right back out the store.

Great place to get supplies for parties, i bought crepe streamers here and they came in 2 rolls for a dollar! Thank you Dollar Tree!

Store needs more help but it was good

I could find noone to ask where the gift wrap was...no signage. It feels more claustrophobic than other stores. Finally another checker came when 7 people were in line for the 1 register open. The employee told me they have 4 managers at this store, but I was unimpressed. I had to ask for my bag of purchased stuff.

I will never shop here again! If I could give no stars I would. I purchased some graduation balloons and was told I could come back closer to time and get them filled. However when I went back to fill them they were out of helium. I was told I could return them at that point. When I went to return them I was told that I couldn’t get my money back or even get a gift card! So I the customer am being punished because the store couldn’t provide the other half of the product they were selling and refuse to give me my money back. Horrible customer service! Beware!

This Dollar Tree is under new management and I most certainly can see it. The aisles are clear and easily navigated. I love that any handicapped person may easily shop in this location! They are more than a typical dollar store. They have longer aisles and way more variety of needed items. Generally speaking, if I’m looking for that “one item” that I don’t want to go to a big chain for, I’m able to discover it here. Don’t waste time going to other discount stores in the area. Dollar Tree should have just about anything you’re searching for. This happens time again. I love it and appreciate it! Management and customer service skills are top notch. They know their store and can help give suggestions on where to find things if they don’t carry something. I’m always greeted with a smile. One can go a long way! I shop at this location for variety and overall customer care. I highly recommend stopping by this Dollar Tree!!

Always busy, but other than that all is good and I was happy to find the one thing that I was looking for - 2021 calendar

This Dollar Tree was one of the first I had been in that had items over $1. Those were clearly marked, I was still impressed! Store was tidy and staff was friendly. The item selection was great and I'll definitely return when I'm in the area again!
