Dollar Tree

If you are a diecast collector don't waste your time on this store. 10 cars hanging on the pegs and no less than 6 cases in the back with the tops and bottoms opened. Apparently they have time to scalp the cases but actually putting them out is a bit much to ask. I'm sorry you got jammed up in the third grade and have to manage a dollar tree and that requires you to supplement your income by taking from actual collectors. I say that with complete sincerity. It obviously crosses a moral line when you steal from your own customers but i doubt morality is a big roadblock for you.

The employees are kind and courteous, and doing the best they can during their shifts and with what they are given. This dollar tree crams a lot of stuff in a small location. Sometimes when you come here the shelves full of items; new items, seasonal items, regular items and then, sometimes when you come here the pantry items are very picked over, certain hair and body care are scarce... It's hit or miss.

I avoid this store as best as I can. The shelves are always completely bare, with boxes stacked all over the place. It looks like it was just looted after an apocalypse or something. Of all of the dollar trees I’ve been to, some in bad locations, this is honestly the worst one. I wish it would become what it once was because it’s so much closer to me than the others!

Hermitage store has what unique items we were looking for. The key is shipping a couple of weeks prior to holidays. And never shop on a weekend, that includes Fridays and Mondays. Wednesday is a better date as they will have refilled the stock. You should be there after lunch and before 3 PM. 3PM is when some schools let out and hospitals and manufacturing let's out. That is the groups that make a shipping beeline to the store, among others as well.

I swear it is never stocked here anymore. They wanna go to dollar tree plus but can’t even put the $1.25 items on the shelves.

Poor store, carts in every isle with BOXES of merchandise to stock. Shelves bare !!! So sad. Just went new Dollar Tree/Family Dollar in Kinsman, OH - what a contrast ! New store neat, clean & well stocked ! Still love their prices IF the Hermitage store has the item !

Clean and always stocked . Employees are nice . I wish the bags of candy they sold were larger though . And it would be nice if they opened a register for cash paying customers only so we don't have to wait for those customers with credit and debit cards etc

Wonderful place the only issue is the one worker named Sheri she had an attitude every time I go there when she's there. Stacy is awesome and so is Rochelle. And the one cashier Patricia is happy and pleasant.

This isn't a bad store but there's a lot of room for improvement. They are always out of stuff everywhere. There's a lot more stuff at their other stores in New Castle, Hubbard, and warren. They need more checkouts open especially when the welfare bums get their money at the beginning of the month. I come there on days I'm off and find it annoying that these people not only take my tax money but they take forever in the checkout.

The shelves were not stock properly there was nothing in the store I asked if they needed workers because I am in search of employment and the lady was unsure
