Dollar Tree

This dollar tree was better than the one in Plaistow when I went today. They had much more craft supplies and Christmas wise. There was only one register open and the line went down more than half an aisle. It wasn't until I asked him if there was someone who could help him that help came out of the little office in there. Two women came out and one opened up an additional register. I felt bad for this kid because all of my items were around 50-60. It was terrible and I am glad I spoke up. It was just to bad that those women who were in that little office had no clue how many people were in line waiting and some people only had one thing.

I needed wrapping tape, a couple boxes of Christmas cards, some tinfoil, 2 sympathy cards and a few odds and ends. Money's tights and they had good quality items for the dollar per item, that I needed :

Bought a bunch of balloons for a party I was having, they didn't tie the strings to the balloons, I lost 2 of the balloons, one while getting them out if the car and the second while I was giving them to my daughter in-law to take with her, I realized then what was happening, the tape on the balloon string wasn't holding, while at the dollar tree today I mentioned it to the manager that they should probably tie them, she responded saying yes that happens we don't tie them, we usually tell people to tie them if they are going to be outside, I replied no one said that to me and I'm lost one before I even got them in the house, if I had been told, all the balloons would if been tied before I left the store. What aggravated me was, one they know about it, the manager didn't care, there was no apologies, there was no I'll let everyone know they should be telling customers that they aren't tied and that they should tie them not to loose them. Just very poor customer service. I know it's just balloons, but I'd hate to see a child loose their balloon because these people can't take the time to tie a knot. Doesn't take much effort. So next time I will be standing there tieing my 10-20 balloons before leaving the store. Make sure you do too

It's a dollar store so don't have high expectations but it was clean and they were polite. One of the water guns I bought was already broken and I didn't notice it in the store but was happy with other stuff. Can use debit or credit card so that's good too.

I love this dollar store and it has become even better by adding a ton of new stock including a lot of craft supplies. The staff is nice too.

Cleand and very organized store. Great and friendly staff. Variety of options, will definitely drive to there every time I have the opportunity.

Cleaning products and materials to clean your car. Summer decorations. Plus a punch of other stuff to get for a dollar. Love this place, stay humble!

Never in my life have I ever seen a store so messy and disgusting. There is no leadership and just disorganized. Boxes everywhere floor dirty and items all over on the floor. Who is the manager of this place? Wow just disappointed all around.
