Worst Dollar Tree in the area. Every time I visit there are carts full of inventory left in the middle of the aisles. Most shelves are a complete mess, you have to rummage through them if you want to find anything. Employees are courteous, maybe they’re just understaffed
The other day it was so busy and there was only one cashier named Diane. The line went all the way back to the fridge. Customers were very nasty and rude with her. She was very friendly and has great customer service given how other customers were treating her. They definitely need more assistance but there was no one else there.
I’ve been to this location a few times before without issue. It’s a Dollar Tree, so you can set expectations prior to entering. Tonight, I ran inside with only 4minutes left before they closed, just to grab some candy. First the lady tried to say they were closed after I am already in the store, but then she changed it to saying I have 2minutes left. Ok, no problem. I get it. Long day and You want to go home. It’s all good…. But, when I check out and I am trying to be super nice and say “thank you” many times but she looks at me like I just ran over her cat… well, that’s why I give you only 2stars. And, I didn’t even get the candy I want but that look she gave me will haunt my dreams.
Employees are rude to customers! They close earlier than they are supposed to! So disappointed
Store is clean, the staff is friendly. Also they have the Plus merchandise.
I was able to find everything okay but the cashier who rung me up who was very mean. Her name is Cyn. When I came up to the register she did not say "Hi find everything alright?" "Would you like a copy of your receipt?". I tried to grab a divider right in front of her to separate my stuff from the customer ahead of me and she yelled, "No that's mine!". I would not come back here again if Cyn was behind the register she was very rude.
Decent selection, store is usually clean & stocked well. Employees are quick & pleasant at checkout. The only real downside here is that it can be unorganized and since only a few people are staffed at once it's hard for the employees to keep up with zoning or being able to tell customers exactly where something might be.
They have a good selection of greeting cards at a great price. I also like getting gift bags and tissue paper from here too, although I didn't see anything I liked this time around. I plan to go to another location in hopes of finding those.
Nice clean organized store. The personnel are always so nice and helpful. Dollar Tree always has such interesting items. I found planters I needed for a lot less than at any big box store around and they were great quality also.
The lady at the checkout is always nice to people but not me... its like i did something to her. Yesterday i was at the dollar store with my friend and he picked up a pepsi then at the checkout she asked him and she wanted to search him. She talks to other people in line and tells them those people are anoying right infront of us. The store is clean and all but the service is terrible. Im never coming back there again.
